We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect - by Uber to the City centre it was less than 15mins and it costs less than 10pen

Pros:

La atención del personal fue magnífica. Darvin, en Recepción, estuvo muy comprometido con cada detalle para que estuviéramos cómodos y pudiésemos realizar los tours a los sitios arqueológicos. La señora Carina, en la cocina fue muy amable y generosa durante el desayuno. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Amazing stay highly recommend!
Pros:

Honestly the best staff were had ever had in a hotel. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast, the super comfy beds, relaxing waiting rooms, lunch boxes, and how clean it was.

Cons:

Location isn't in the historic centre though only a short ride (10 soles) so it didn't bother us at all. The showers could also be a bit warmer for our preference.

Pros:

Staff super nice and very helpful always giving good tips about places to visit. Breakfast very good and the ladies very attentive and nice. The only thing is dogs barking at night time, not the place fault though.

Pros:

Nice little hotel a little bit outside Cusco main square center, very clean, very quiet at night, good selection of breakfast and friendly staff. It takes 7-10 minutes Uber to get into Cusco center and takes only $2-$3. Highly recommend this hotel.
