Pros:

Magnifique hôtel. L’agencement est parfait. Le personnel est bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Pros:

A beautiful colonial hotel in Cusco. The location is great, walkable to the Plaza de Armas whilst being far enough away to be out of the noise and chaos.
The breakfast was nice and the choice of coffee on entry was a lovely addition.
The staff were also really friendly and helpful, especially when helping us to book a taxi to the train station.

Cons:

Whilst the room was lovely and huge, it felt a little rough around the edges like it needed a slight revamp.
Not sure whether it was from the corridor or the building behind but there was a lot of noise coming from somewhere in the early morning.
We also had some ants in the room, around the glasses after using them the night before.

Hôtel au calme à 10 minutes de la place des armes
Pros:

Le personnel a été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le double patio intérieur est un havre de paix. Il y a à disposition des tisanes de coca et muña qui aident à combattre l’altitude.
L’hôtel dispose d’une zone de stockage de bagages, très pratique pour partir en excursion et revenir sur Cusco.
La réception est ouverte 24/24h et peut vous commander des taxis à prix raisonnable.
Je vous le recommande.

Le wifi coupe régulièrement mais le personnel relance les box wifi sur demande

Adecuado para lo que buscábamos
Pros:

Claustros interiores preciosos.
Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar en todas nuestras salidas a las excursiones aún saliendo a las 4am.
Cama cómoda.
Limpieza adecuada.
Desayuno adecuado.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada en bus nocturno, sobre las 5.15h no había nadie en la recepción. Tuvimos que irnos a caminar con todo el equipaje hasta que tras unos 45min apareció el recepcionista y pudimos acceder.
Por el tipo de hotel las habitaciones son un poco antiguas sin buen cierre de ventanas y aislamiento del sonido.
Un poco más lejos de la plaza de lo que creíamos (y en subida, que con la altura se nota).

Hermoso el hotel, muy tranquilo.
Las habitaciones cómodas de excelente tamaño. Esta en una buena ubicación, cerca del centro pero ya en un lugar más silencioso
Altamente recomendado!!!!!

Cons:

La conexión a WiFi fue siempre inestable.
Si necesitan alojarse con buena conexión ral vez sufran un poco

Aconchego no centro de Cusco
Pros:

O hotel foi recriado dentro de uma antiga hospedaria de "tropeiros" e ficou com cara de casa. Super aconchegante e bem decorada. O café da amanhã é excelente com muitas opções de frutas, pães , café , chá. A localização é dentro do centro histórico então é possivel fazer tudo a pé para restautrantes , museus, praças. Chuveirão com água quente, muito bom para depois de uma boa caminhada. Tem aquecedor central no quarto e banheiro. Faz a diferença, considerando que Cusco é frio. Muito bem localizado!

Cons:

As janelas no Peru possuem apenas vidros por uma questão cultural. As cortinas do quarto eram muito claras e não bloqueavam a luz e o amanhecer apropriadamente, atrapalhando um pouco o sono. A equipe do hotel colou um saco preto na janela para ajudar a bloquear a claridade.

Confort optimal près du centre historique
Pros:

Hôtel particulièrement tranquille avec seulement 17 chambres. Personnel très aimable et très à l'écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant aux prix raisonnables. Centre historique à 10mn à pied.

Un hôtel avec du charme un peu loin du centre-ville qui ne respecte pas ces clients.

Le petit déjeuner et le charme du bâtiment

Cons:

La chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre et uniquement d’un puit de lumière opaque dans la chambre qui n’apportait pas de lumière.
Payer pour une chambre ne disposant pas de fenêtres au même prix n’est pas acceptable.
Quand nous avons manifesté notre mécontentement, la seule réponse que l’on nous a proposé était des free drinks. Même pas des cocktails mais un simple soda. Honteux.
