Hotel antigo, charmoso bem localizado, uma graça ! Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim mas acredito e espero que tenha sido somente conosco !
Tivemos que sair do hotel, remanejar e atrapalhar toda a viagem, a nossa experiência ! Nos tivemos atraso no trem de Machu pichu de 4 horas e estávamos exaustos para chegar em Cusco e pasmem ao chegar na porta tinham as luzes acesas porém ninguém abriu a porta , ficamos presos sem hotel pra fora e também juntos com outros hóspedes quase 40 min batendo na janela e vidro, pedindo, com vontade de ir ao banheiro, sem mala… um horror ! E ainda fomos em 2 hotéis sem vaga ( sonesta exemplo) e ficamos buscando, como estava tarde acabei reservando a data errada ja que era madrugada ! Chorei , passei mal … um horror ! Tive que pedir o o reembolso e depois de um tempo consegui esse reembolso deles e um gerente tentou com gentileza me ligar mas não cobre o estrago da viagem, o stress da madrugada, o valor do hotel que encontramos na madrugada que era muito mais caro Palácio del Inka e mais tempo e dor de cabeça pois que tivemos que sair de novo deste hotel para um mais barato pro último dia. Caos !

Beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to Plaza De Armas. The room was very comfortable with a fab shower, very much appreciated after the Incan Trail hike! The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Juan Carlos. Breakfast was fabulous and started very early at 5am so we were able to eat before an early flight.
Friendly staff, incredible historic charming hotel. Room had 20 ft ceilings. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great breakfast.

We enjoyed this hotel as it was close to the main plazas in Cusco, so it encouraged us to get out and about and enjoy the city. It was significantly more expensive than most of the accommodation we stayed in during our Peru trip, and that is partly because Cusco is a more expensive city to stay in, but I did wonder if I could have gone less upmarket and had a similar experience. The breakfast was particularly nice.
Nothing to note other than the cost as this hotel was more premium than most that I stayed in, and as the general standard in Peru was high I am not sure that the additional cost was worth it, but a good location, lovely building and artworks throughout.
Excelente ubicación, calefacción con aire acondicionado en la habitacin y con piso radiante en el baño. El personal muy amable y atentos a nuestros requerimientos, nos ayudaron con oxígeno para manejar el mal de altura. Desayuno exquisito.
What a lovely hotel with so much history right on your doorstep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and the amenities were sufficient. Breakfast was also very good and we couldn't have asked for a better location.

the room we stayed in the first night it was difficult to block the light from coming in from the outside hall while we slept and the second night, the noise from outside the room made it very difficult to sleep- the walls seeem to be quite thin from the outside hallway
