Très bon hôtel bien placé
Pros:

L'emplacement à côté de la place principale de Cusco.
Le personnel agréable et arrangeant.
La chambre calme et confortable.

Cons:

Les WC dans la salle de bain séparés par une cloison vitrée (cela me dépassera toujours de voir ça dans les hôtels).
Forcément, 5 étoiles, cela à un coût. L'hôtel est tout de même cher par rapport aux autres.
Enfin, je suis étonné de voir qu'il a 5 étoiles au vu du fait qu'il n'y a ni spa ni piscine... ce sont 5 étoiles péruviennes.

Nice hotel and food in a very good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel location is fantastic, just 2 blocks from the Main square. The staff is very friendly and try to help as much as possible. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Even though we let them know that we were leaving the next morning and will need help getting a taxi to the airport , we weren't advised that we needed to plan ahead properly because the main square was going to be closed due to an event and the street where the hotel was located was going to be closed. Luckily they were able to help with the luggage and getting us a taxi , we arrived at the airport just in time for the flight, but was a scare.

Overall we loved it, it’s a top notch hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property! Spacious rooms. Fantastic decor throughout the hotel, museum quality art and furniture. All the hotel employees were helpful and courteous. Great location.

Cons:

In the very early morning hours there was noise on both nights we stayed. It was not from a guest staying below us, it mechanical.

A very good hotel that needs a little polishing
Pros:

This hotel was an excellent choice for our one night stay in Cusco after our day hike to Machu Picchu. The room was very comfortable and had a great bathtub and shower. It was very essentially located for everything in the city. The breakfast choices were fab.

Cons:

The check-in process was very slow. The process for breakfast was also a little slow. A little more attention to the cleanliness would have been appreciated.
