The location

Cons:

Hotel is old should be 2 star not 3 star! Need hanger for cloths, need to paint the wall and upgrade furnitures, front deck staffs need to be more friendly and helpful

So noisy could not sleep at all had a lot of 4 am trips and the noice just wouldn’t stop kept moving rooms but it was so noisy breakfast also not great

Está muy bien.
Pros:

Su gente y la ubicación. Gary nos recibió y nos dio en un momento toda la info para manejarnos tranquilos por Cusco, y la ubicación es excelente, a 100 mts de la plaza de armas.

Cons:

El ruido se escucha mucho los finde.

La ubicación cerca de la plaza. El personal atento y te explica los lugares cercanos a visitar.

breakfast room is the best part
Pros:

View from breakfast room is very nice. located a few steps from the main plaza, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Lack of window to the outside is a negative, there was a small one high up on the wall for air and a glass facing a common area indoors so curtains had to be drawn the whole time.

Our room tended to be a little cold. Even with a heater. Don’t mind me, I’m from Florida. 72° and I put on a jacket!

Nuestra estadía en este hotel fue muy buena y agradable. Desde el primer día todo estuvo en orden y cumplió con lo que esperábamos. La limpieza es un aspecto que destacamos especialmente: la habitación se aseó todos los días, siempre la encontramos ordenada, limpia y con una sensación constante de frescura y cuidado.

La habitación resultó cómoda y funcional. Las camas son muy confortables, se notan limpias y bien mantenidas, lo que nos permitió descansar adecuadamente cada noche. Aunque el baño es un poco pequeño, cumple con su función y se mantiene limpio, por lo que no afectó de manera significativa nuestra experiencia.

El desayuno es sencillo, pero realmente delicioso. Los alimentos están bien preparados, son frescos y suficientes para comenzar el día de buena manera.

La atención del personal fue otro punto muy positivo. Encontramos personas amables, respetuosas y siempre dispuestas a ayudarnos cuando lo necesitamos. El trato cordial y la buena disposición del equipo hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido y cómodo durante toda la estadía.

En general, fue una experiencia satisfactoria, con buenos servicios, limpieza constante y un ambiente agradable. Recomendamos este hotel y sin duda lo consideraríamos nuevamente para futuras visitas.

Super bien, limpio, cómodo, céntrico, excelente relación calidad precio , lo mejor el personal que nos atendió es muy atento , educado y servicial, totalmente lo recomiendo , tiene un diseño muy propio a la cultura del lugar , lo cual es un punto a favor.

A localização é incrível e os funcionários são muito gentis. Alguns passeios saem entre as 3:30 e 4:30 da manha e o hotel prepara um café da manhã especial para este horário.

Cons:

Em horários de pico (entre as 20h e as 22h) o chuveiro não dá conta de esquentar a água adequadamente.

L’emplacement est absolument formidable ; très propre. Personnel très aimable.

Nuisances sonores indescriptibles nuit et jour. Si le sommeil est important pour vous ne séjournez pas dans cet établissement. Il fait froid dans les chambres. Pas d’ascenseur. Équipement annoncé pour les chambres non respecté ex: pas de bouilloire électrique
