Amamos a localização, o atendimento, a higiene e o conforto. A cama é sensacional, o chuveiro é sensacional...
Achamos as toalhas de banho pequenas demais. No café da manhã precisa pedir os talheres, não ficam disponíveis nas mesas, mas ok, é só um hábito. Pra comer ovo alguns dias tem, em outros precisa pagar e em outros não tem ovo no hotel. São apenas observações que não desmerecem em nada a qualidade do hotel.

Information on different transportation options from the airport to the hotel would have been nice. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel and it was a ridiculous price. Save your money and take an Uber.
The location is good, considering it is very central in Cusco's historic town.
This hotel was extremely disappointing for various reasons. The whole facility smells very bad, the toilets are precarious with leaking water, and the rooms are extremely noisy with thin walls. Breakfast is not acceptable for any standard. There is no coffee at all (except for 'coffee extract'). We ended up buying breakfast elsewhere for the whole stay, as did other guests. The booking page for this hotel is not at all reflecting what it is - I wouldn't recommend it at all.

O hotel é muito caro para o que oferece. Os quartos, apesar de espaçosos, são antigos e não achei muito limpos. A cama é confortável, mas os travesseiros são ruins, a segurança é ruim. É extremamente barulhento! Dormir é um problema, e em um dia havia uma festa DENTRO do hotel, mais de 23h da noite. Quando reclamamos o funcionário da recepção da noite foi resolver de má vontade e após.uita insistência. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e as que tem costumam deixar a desejar em qualidade e frescor. O café oferecido não é café, mas "essência de café". O que aumentou o custo da viagem porque precisamos comer algo direito em outros lugares pela manhã. É muito caro para p aie oferece.
La ubicación a pocos metros de la plaza mayor, de los lugares de interés, la habitación bastante amplia y cómoda. El personal muy atento. Algo para destacar es que te empacan desayuno cuando sales muy temprano a algún tour, eso es muy muy bueno!

Hotel con buena ubicación
Habitaciones que dan a pasillos por lo que tienes que estar con las cortinas echadas. Reserve una con ventana y me dieron una de pasillo, aunque tras varias conversaciones me la cambiaron, aunque volví para otra noche más y volvió a ser de interior.
