Pros:

Cama e quarto confortáveis, chuveiro com água quente, café da manhã é muito bom, mesmo sendo simples. O hotel fica muito bem localizado.

Cons:

Não me incomodou, mas realmente tem um pouco mais de barulho por ficar muito central.

Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room had an ample amount of plug points. The location was great, all of the main areas for tourists were right around the corner.

Cons:

Bathroom had a strange smell, but was relatively clean. the room was located on the first floor and the window looked into the hallway of the hotel which was strange. The curtain was not completely opaque which impinged upon privacy.

Pros:

Perfect location. Very close to the center of Cusco. Nice view from the window in the restaurant. Good breakfast. Welcome stuff.

Emplacement idéal. Personnel sympathique. Chambre pour 3 spacieuse et très propre. Produits de toilette de qualité. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Bruit d'un club de musique tard dans la nuit. Rangement un peu juste pour 3.

Nice stay just needs some proper maintenance. Very nice helpful people here
Pros:

Good Breakfast, lots a instant hot water, Clean. close to city center

Cons:

Seems they need a proper Maintenance team the sink pulled away from the wall there was only silicone on it. The small curtain by the bathroom fell off the ceiling mount cause its been caulked a bunch and never proper long enough screws used to bite into the wood,
Reservation person tried to give me a dungeon room instead of what I paid for but I held him to my contracted room.
He did it because the day I got there they were putting in a new roof and frame on my floor and I think he was concerned about my safety.

Pros:

Staff guys were very friendly. They kept our luggage for free while we made our tour to Machu Picchu. Overall the room size and beds were excellent. Location was great, too.

Cons:

Hotel is in the middle of a boulevard, so you can't park vehicles in front. Not a bad thing but to consider when you travel with luggage.

Pros:

They staff were fantastic. We arrived at night from touring the scared valley and were a bit tired and the staff took our bags to the room for us. The showers had a nice pressure and was nice and hot. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for 3 people! Breakfast had lots of options and delicious. You couldn't have asked for a better location. We were in the heart of the historic center of Cusco.

Cons:

The wifi was spotty, I had a hard time video chatting my mom.
We got a balcony which was amazing, but there was a festival going on, so it was a bit noisy.

Pros:

We completed the Inca trail and came back to the hotel. They kept our luggage in storage. Since, I injured myself on the trail, they brought our luggage to the room. Wilson was an absolute gem. He helped me call the airline, so i could arrange medical assist. Staff go above and beyond for the customers. This time we didn't have a balcony room, so it was nice and quiet and you couldnt hear all the people outside from the festival. Breakfast was still amazing and they finish promptly at 930am. I loved the city views at breakfast! Beds are comfy and we had no trouble sleeping.

Cons:

Our shower head didn't have a lot of pressure and leaked over the sides. Still hot!
Wifi was a little slow.
