Excellent location, friendly staff and quirky building.
The room was basic and a squeeze for 3 people. The bathroom was very small.
El personal atento y muy amables.
Good value for the money, with a great location and impeccable housekeeping. We enjoyed the breakfast and the coca leaf and muña tea provided in the lobby to help with the altitude.
The shower initially wasn’t working properly. However, they fixed it in the end, and we were pleased. Thank you!

Lo único bueno es la ubicación
Habitaciones muy ruidosas, se escucha absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones y adicionalmente el comedor está ubicado sobre las habitaciones por lo que desde las 6 AM el ruido del movimiento de sillas es insoportable.
El desayuno muy mal gestionado, las mesas no tenían cubiertos, la comida se acababa y no había reposición.
Si no se reclamaba, no atendían.
La localización es perfecta. Nos tocó un balcón que disfrutamos de la vista de la calle y caminantes.
Ya nos habíamos quedado anteriormente dos noches antes de ir a Machu Picchu. La nueva habitación que nos dieron fue mejor que la primera. Pero sigue habiendo muchas deficiencias.
Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, las vistas del bufet de desayuno son espectaculares!!. El personal del hotel es muy simpático y amable en todo momento.
El desayuno podría ser más variado. Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fue las condiciones de humedad de los baños. La habitación tenía toda la rejilla de ventilación del baño lleno de moho. Muy poco saludable para el huésped.
Además casi ningún enchufe funcionaba, todos estaban sueltos, flojos y se salían.
La ubicación, las vistas desde el bufet son espectaculares!!. El personal del hotel fue muy simpático y amable en todo momento. Las camas eran muy cómodas.
Había varios problemas.
En primer lugar el hotel no tiene calefacción y hay que enchufar un radiador eléctrico. Los enchufes no funcionan, están flojos o sueltos y cuando conectas algo no hace bien el contacto y no pasa la corriente.
En segundo lugar el baño tiene un urinario de pared, algo extrañísimo. Por el que además sale muy mal olor. El baño huele a alcantarilla no se si se debe al wc pegado a la pared o al lavabo o ducha. El techo del baño presenta humedades y moho, al igual que la rejilla de ventilación del baño, que no tiene acceso a fuera sino al dormitorio.
Por si fuera poco hay que mencionar que nos dieron una habitación que daba a la calle, con el inconveniente de que a las 7.30 de la mañana se pone un chico discapacitado a cantar con un altavoz y nadie le echa de allí.
Esta bien ubicado.
El personal de la recepción es poco amable, se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones y cuando llegan los visitantes.

Our room was in the lobby of the hotel, and completely lit up until 11pm, and very loud. I also booked a Double Queen room and got put in a triple single room. Barely slept the whole time because of how bright and loud it was. Why would you put a window in a room that looks into the lobby

Well located hotel in central Cusco. Nice breakfast in the hotel and the hotel provided a snack bag on days we needed to leave early. Hotel organised washing for Sol12 per kg which was very handy.
