About $40 overpriced for what you actually get size quality of food, etc. I chose because it was pouring rain and I needed a place to stay for the night

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.
The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making the stay very comfortable. What touched me the most was the surprise the hotel prepared for me during breakfast on my birthday — a lovely birthday cake and heartfelt birthday wishes from the staff. It was such a thoughtful and memorable moment that made my trip even more special.
Thank you for the amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Overcharged by $4 . I send refund request but denied. Booking.com didn't help much, not worth wasting my time over $4.
The breakfast buffet was very good, filtered water and teas were very much appreciated, and the hotel was fairly quiet and well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant experience at LP Los Portales . The facilities very much met our expectations - our room was great and clean. Beyond the very good facilities, the staff were very polite and friendly and willing to assist with anything. This welcoming attitude made the difference. We also had dinner a few times at the hotel’s restaurant and the food and service were very good. Overall we were very satisfied with LP Los Portales!

Quase todos os hoteis buscam passar uma imagem de “ambientalmente correto” apenas para reduzir custos, como a lavagem de toalhas, etc. Mas a disponibilidade de um bom filtro de água no LP Los Postales Cusco de fácil acesso e qualidade demonstra não apenas uma preocupação real com o meio ambiente, mas com a saúde e conforto de seu hóspede, ainda que isso impacte na receita do hotel com a venda de garrafas de água. Muito feliz a escolha! Ademais, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, com excelente roupa de cama e toalhas.

As janelas do quarto dão para dentro do hotel e para abrir a janela você fica com pouca privacidade.
