Ótimo lugar, recomendo muito e voltaria!
Pros:

Quarto com bom espaço, localização EXCELENTE! Foi um dos maiores acertos termos nos hospedado aqui. Equipe muito gentil e ótimo atendimento. Nos salvaram muito guardando nossas malas, deixamos para ir para Machu Picchu pois dormiríamos fora e depois no nosso retorno.
O restante do hotel foi uma salvação, pois os dias em que chegávamos tarde e cansados dos passeios a comida era excelente, e também quando queríamos só algo leve para aclimatar.
Quarto silencioso, pegamos uma opção que não era virada para rua para garantir e foi silencioso mesmo.
Recomendo muito!!!

Cons:

Falta iluminação na parte interna do chuveiro, talvez colocar alguns leds e a temperatura da água oscilava muito entre fria e quente e quando abríamos a torneira.
Fora isso tudo ótimo e excelente.

Pros:

- estrutura do hotel (com hall e restaurante)
- ótima limpeza (impecável)
- atendimento (com soluções para minimizar o efeito da altitude)
- café da manhã antecipado (por causa do passeio à Machu Pichu)

Great clean safe hotel in a wonderful location perfect for those needing a place to stay while exploring or doing excurs
Pros:

The staff was warm and welcoming and it was in a great location! The rooms were on the smaller side but clean and homey.

Cons:

There was not much airflow within the rooms and the only window in the room went to the inside of the hotel and not actually outside for fresh air.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, personale accogliente e tutto molto pulito.

Cons:

Se devo trovare qualcosa mi esprimo solo sul turno delle pulizie, perché credo iniziasse nel primo pomeriggio; per due volte di seguito tornati dalle escursioni/tour la stanza doveva essere pulita o stavano per iniziare.

Un lugar cómodo y acogedor con una atención de primera.

Personal muy amable. Nos apoyaron en la recepción de un paquete para mi hija que llegó antes de su check-in .

Excellent stay at hotel LP Los Portales
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Los Portales Hotel Cusco. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, recently renovated, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. On the day we had to leave very early for a tour, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us so we wouldn’t miss breakfast. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

Everything was perfectly organized, and our stay was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco and would happily stay here again.

Grata estancia en Cusco
Pros:

La suite es muy amplia y comoda, las almohadas son excelentes para el descanso, el personal es muy atento y estan dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. El Restoran es muy bueno y una excelente alternativa para cenar o almorzar en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

Puede ser el aire acondicionado ya que es uno externo y hace mucho ruido, es lo unico.
