Very good location and it’s cozy place

The room is bit smaller than I expected but was fine as I’m alone if it’s two people it’ll be crowded

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, decent location, good breakfasts.
Pros:

Great staff!! Joseph was the best! They really made our stay memorable.

Cons:

Only negative was the superior rooms windows all face the enclosed courtyard so no fresh air comes in with the window open and you can hear conversations from below.
There is a ceiling fan that helped but the stand alone air conditioner if activated blew hot air out the back so it neutralized the cool output.

Exceeding our expectations
Pros:

Very professional staff in attire and proving service excellence. Very welcoming and accommodating along with smiles.
We had the superior room with king sized bed for this older couple which was very comfortable along with a nice bathroom.
As a critical couple from the USA with traveling experience we felt giving this hotel a five star rating.

Pros:

An absolutely flawless stay from beginning to end. Everything was simply impeccable. The staff went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellence in every aspect.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cuzco
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Nice small boutique like hotel, on one of the main avenues. Well located for walking about the town and seen all the well know locations. Several markets are located close by, so easy to find souvenirs. Very nice breakfast and waiting lounge. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Evenprovided 5 minutes of oxygen complimentary. Highly recommend this hotel if your are going to Cusco.

The people, the location, the rooms!

This was our first hotel on our honeymoon and the people have been outstanding. The staff here are great, listen to you, and recommend great suggestions.

The rooms are specious, comfortable, and clean. The shower was the best pressure we have had!

The location is a 15 minute walk and ideal for anyone who wants to burn off the overeating you can do in the town centre.

Jonathan was an outstanding staff member.

Cons:

No aircon but a fan and heater are provided.
