Grata estancia en Cusco
Pros:

La suite es muy amplia y comoda, las almohadas son excelentes para el descanso, el personal es muy atento y estan dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. El Restoran es muy bueno y una excelente alternativa para cenar o almorzar en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

Puede ser el aire acondicionado ya que es uno externo y hace mucho ruido, es lo unico.

Hotel espetacular próximo à Plaza de Armas
Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia no hotel LP Los Portales. Muito organizado, limpo e com excelentes funcionários, todos muito bem treinados para qualquer situação. Nos ofereceram oxigênio em caso de necessidade e sempre tinha chá de coca e muña, além de água disponível na recepção. Gostaria de dar um destaque especial ao funcionário Júlio que foi muito atencioso, educado e sempre nos tirou todas as dúvidas. Foi muito tranquilo deixar as malas no guarda-volumes para nossa ida a Machu Picchu. Também é muito perto da Plaza de Armas, cerca de 10 minutos e é em frente ao ponto onde a Incarail deixa as pessoas na volta de Machu Picchu. O quarto tinha janelas anti-ruídos o que realmente funcionava porque era muito silencioso.
Super indico este hotel.

Great location. Staff are super friendly. My wife took ill during our stay and the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful with regards to organising accommodation for the extra nights we had to stay in Cusco.

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable thanks to the excellent service I and my family received. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable.

I want to especially mention the assistance of one of the staff members, Mr. Julio, who helped me with many things from the moment I arrived.
