I had a wonderful stay at Los Portales Hotel Cusco. Everything exceeded my expectations.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, recently renovated, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. On the day we had to leave very early for a tour, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us so we wouldn’t miss breakfast. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
Everything was perfectly organized, and our stay was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco and would happily stay here again.
Gostei muito da estadia no hotel LP Los Portales. Muito organizado, limpo e com excelentes funcionários, todos muito bem treinados para qualquer situação. Nos ofereceram oxigênio em caso de necessidade e sempre tinha chá de coca e muña, além de água disponível na recepção. Gostaria de dar um destaque especial ao funcionário Júlio que foi muito atencioso, educado e sempre nos tirou todas as dúvidas. Foi muito tranquilo deixar as malas no guarda-volumes para nossa ida a Machu Picchu. Também é muito perto da Plaza de Armas, cerca de 10 minutos e é em frente ao ponto onde a Incarail deixa as pessoas na volta de Machu Picchu.
Super indico este hotel.

La suite es muy amplia y comoda, las almohadas son excelentes para el descanso, el personal es muy atento y estan dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. El Restoran es muy bueno y una excelente alternativa para cenar o almorzar en el mismo hotel.
Puede ser el aire acondicionado ya que es uno externo y hace mucho ruido, es lo unico.

What an AMAZING hotel this is! I booked my two-night stay at the last second after I had a change of plans, and my stay included my birthday. I was far from home and all alone, but the room was bright and cheerful, the front desk staff treated me like a VIP, and unlimited free water was provided. Imagine my surprise when, the next morning (my birthday), I went to the breakfast room (which was fairly full of guests) and the wait staff approached my table singing Happy Birthday to me in English and Spanish, carrying a beautiful piece of chocolate cake with a candle in it! Then they had me make a wish and the rest of the breakfast room also joined in on the singing! They clearly had waited all morning for me to show up for breakfast and were ready to make my day special when they never had to. Then that evening, when I came back to the hotel, the front desk staff again smiled at me and wished me a happy birthday. My entire stay was top-notch. BRAVO! Thank you for making my birthday special, Los Portales!
