Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer insgesamt sauber. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung und dem Preis absolut angemessen.
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, wodurch es im Zimmer recht warm wurde. Zudem ging das Fenster direkt zur Straßenlaterne, und der Vorhang konnte das Licht nicht vollständig abdunkeln. Das Zimmer war außerdem etwas hellhörig.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service from every single team member was truly exceptional genuinely kind, attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality and I really appreciated having filtered water available at all times. The whole place feels warm, cozy, and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a day out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have been travelling South America since January and this is my favourite hotel by far. All the staff are fantastic, from the reception (especially Brian) to the restaurant.
Very close to the plaza, and on a busy road I felt safe walking along at night.
Large rooms with really comfy beds.
I was in a room by the main road, but it was very quiet due to great soundproofing.
Overall such a great stay.

I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the delicious flavor of the food. The location is very convenient and the room decoration is beautiful, making the whole place feel warm, cozy, and welcoming.
