Pros:

Shout out for the one member of staff who took care of breakfast single handedly. He took orders, cooked the food, served it, cleared up and still had to refill the buffet! The hotel need to employ at least one more person for breakfast! Give the guy a break.

Cons:

The safe was broken in our room. (202) I informed reception who said they'd send someone to fix it the following morning at 7am! I asked for a later time and they agreed the afternoon. No one turned up and the safe remains broken.
The room was very dark. Lights had to be turned on even in the day.

Pros:

El personal es excelente. El desayuno no muy amplio pero suficiente. Te dan oxigeno gratis (5 min) si lo pides. El edificio es muy bonito y es una calle con poca cuesta y facil transporte en taxi (importante en Cuzco)

Cons:

La cama no estaba nivelada porque el suelo es de madera, un poco incomoda.

Fantastic place and location
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very kind and they helped us through every need we had.
100% recommend, also considering the position (next to plaza de arms, the city center).

Pros:

Me encantó la tranquilidad del hotel y la ubicación, muy cercana a la plaza de armas y el barrio de San Blas. Además, había algunos buenos restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Por mencionar algo el servicio de lavandería me pareció caro aunque todo vino perfectamente lavado y doblado.

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Llegamos a media noche (5 am) sin reserva porque el autobús nos dejó antes de lo previsto en Cuzco y nos habilitaron una habitación cobrándonos la mitad de la noche. El desayuno de muy buena calidad y los trabajadores muy agradables.

Cons:

Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento el día anterior a la llegada para que nos habilitaran un taxi cuando llegáramos a la estación y no nos contestaron.
