Estuvimos en dos habitaciones, la segunda estaba en un lugar abuhatdillado con unas vistas fantásticas
Si tengo que decir algo, quizá la calle para llegar la utilizaban para dejar la basura y eso no me gustando
Nice location, clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Inexpensive. Front desk was nice and helpful. At the entrance to the hotel, you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, but the door was always promptly buzzed open and it made me feel safer (though the neighborhood is very safe). Just a note: you have to pay an additional sum of $2/luggage/day to leave any luggage at the hotel, but it was overall inexpensive and we were fine with the fee
Our bathroom wasn’t well ventilated and stayed very damp after showering, but there was no smell of mold and it was very clean
Best hotel in Cuzco so far! The room was clean, warm, spacious, the staff always nice and available. Also the constant hot water was amazing (which is not always the case in Cusco)
The best was the view from the room over the city! Probably one of the best price/quality hotel you can get in the city

It was quite hard to locate the property via a taxi due to the narrow roads, unfortunately when we arrived there was an ongoing incident with two people in the hotel involving police, ambulance and the majority of the available employees.
The situation was quite shocking and we could see the staff were under pressure, following this once we had checked in there was a lot of commotion outside our room which caused us a disturbance. We had our young daughter with us and whilst this wasn’t the hotels fault, it did impact our stay significantly and in our opinion we should have been reimbursed for what we witnessed and what unfolded. We hope everyone involved is ok, but it was not at all what we had booked the place for.

Me gustó mucho el jardín que tienen al entrar, una terracita con mesas ideal para tomar el café y observar las vistas de Cuzco.
No me gustó el frío que hacía en la habitación (insoportable a pesar de poner el calefactor, que tengo dudas de si funcionaba). La ducha salía con poca potencia y solo te dan una pastillita de jabón y un sobre con shampoo. Tampoco me gustó que encontré las tazas que había dejado la noche anterior en el mismo sitio...lo cual me hizo pensar que no habían limpiado. Las camas no están mal, pero el colchón parecía estar doblado.
Finalmente señalar que para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir una cuesta enorme.

Das Frühstück war super und auch das Lunchpaket für eine frühe Abreise. Ein Early Check-in war ebenfalls möglich. Alles sehr sauber und ein schöner Garten.
Das Zimmer war etwas kalt und die vorhandene Heizung war nicht ausreichend, um das Zimmer zu wärmen.
