Pros:

Beautiful place, beautiful rooms, beautiful view of the city. Staff was incredibly friendly. Cheap luggage storage for our overnight hikes. Lovely outdoor common area. Very well managed overall. Breakfast was diverse and tasty

Fantastic hotel with a perfect location, helpful staff and fantastic atmosphere
Pros:

Vibe, location and the staff have been fantastic and made our stay very special. The Breakfast has been another highlight.

Charming hotel overlooking Cusco
Pros:

Great location near many restaurants, shops, and views overlooking the city. The staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying by the main plaza when you first get to Cusco and then moving here after coming back from Machu Picchu as it's up the hill from a lot of the tourist spots.

Cons:

The facilities were a little noisy at night (wasn't sure if it was pipes or something else).

Good, great value
Pros:

Was extremely decent for the price. It's not a 5 star hotel but the rooms are clean and big for San Blas, staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Not much. Some of the breakfast choices were .. maybe not that fresh but I leaned to skip them

Pros:

It was so cute! We loved the view of the city from our room/ the breakfast was so good and the staff extra friendly. They let us leave our luggage during the day since we had a night flight. And we came back and used the bathroom during the day. It was in a great location to explore the heart of the city and excellent places to eat near by. Only sad that we couldn’t stay longer!!

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung ist bequem und sauber. Vielen Dank!
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, die sich so gut um uns gekümmert haben. Wir haben unser Gepäck für einen kleinen Betrag für die Zeit der Machu Picchu Wanderung unterstellen dürfen und bei unserer Rückkehr stand alles schon in unserem Zimmer bereit. Es gibt eine 24 Stunden Rezeption. Die Betten sind super bequem und der Blick über Cusco ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück war unvergleichlich, das beste Buffet bisher in Südamerika!
