I didn’t like how once I’d checked out the staff were very unhelpful getting me a taxi so I had to walk with my suitcase and wouldn’t let me use the shower.

El hotel es pequeño y acogedor, sus instalaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable. La ubicacion es muy buena porque caminando, a pocos minutos, tienes lugares emblemáticos, con calles empedrada espectaculares que al ser muy angostas limitan el acceso vehícular a sólo carros pequeños y por ende algunos tours te pidan caminar hasta alguna plaza cercana, pero es una característica del sector más que un tema del hotel. Muy recomendado este hotel para vivir una experiencia muy cusqueña

Pros:

The room was very clean, staff exalant. we had a early trek so they prepared us a breakfast box to take with us. The view is beautiful and the small garden ideal for chilling when the altitude sickens comes.

Good place to rest and good breakfast
Pros:

The best thing was the the customer service and Wagner: his attention to detail was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure I was feeling good as I got very sick in the last night: he gave us blankets and tea and made sure we could take our taxi. Wagner is amazing and this place wouldn’t be the same without him
