Great Relaxing Stay but not the best location or customer service

Location- not ideal rubbish collection point just outside and Animals & People rifle through the rubbish. Beware also a charge to store luggage for 3 days when we completed a trek to Machu Picchu and returned for 3 nights so not ideal for those trekking

Petit hôtel très bien situé à San Blas, excellent petit déjeuner
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le super quartier San Blas, l'accueil sympathique 24h sur 24, les parties communes très bien décorées, le jardin, le petit déjeuner très qualitatif (Jambon artisanal, gâteaux maison, fruits....)

Cons:

Réservation booking avec un lit queen size alors que nous avons eu 2 lits de 140 , la chambre numéro 11 au rez-de-chaussée sans aucun charme, aucune décoration, c'est vraiment dommage par rapport aux photos sur le site et aux parties communes qui sont très jolies.

Pros:

This was by far the best hotel in our stay in Peru. Very friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfast. Location is also perfect. The room was very spacious with an amazing view. Would definately recommend and come again!

Pros:

Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Lage super in San Blas und ein traumhafter Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf die Stadt. Es sieht nachts aus, als würden tausend Sterne leuchten. Zimmer war wunderschön. Frühstück super lecker!

Cons:

Alles etwas hellhörig, hatte Pech mit einer lauten Familie und schreienden Kindern.

Tolles Hotel mitten im San Blas-Viertel.
Pros:

Sehr flexibles und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt… vor allem in der Nacht auf das Lichtermeer :-)

Cons:

Es war recht hellhörig, aber das war bei nahezu allen unserer Hotels in Peru der Fall. Daher würden wir es auch nicht negativ sehen… das liegt eher an der Bauweise.
