Friendly, helpful hotel staff!

I stayed here for 5 nights, and I am very happy that I did! Great location, so close to Plaza de Armas and other nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Staff are super friendly, whether it is the daytime or nighttime staff. The room itself was comfortable with the beds and strong, hot showers. Breakfast was good as well, with fresh scrambled eggs available if you wanted, and a variety of food such as cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. When I had to leave early at 3 am, staff had breakfast ready (just tell them 1 day before). I would stay here agian!

Big rooms, very centrally located near the main square in Cusco, friendly staff. The room was also cleaned everyday to a very high standard.

Our stay here was great. I highly recommend this place. Nuestra estancia fue genial. Se lo recomendaria a todo el mundo.
It was peaceful, safe, very friendly staff, rooms and communal spaces were excellent. The location was also excellent. Very close to Plaza de Armas, a couple mins walk, but also far enough away to be a little more private. Hablamos español con el personal 90 por ciento del tiempo, and their English was great too.

쿠스코에 1시쯤 도착했음에도 엄청 친절하게 맞이해주셨어요. 특히 Mr. Franklin이 진심을 다해 서비스해주는 부분이 인상깊었습니다. 다음날 6시 투어 시작이라서 조식을 먹지 못했는데 밀박스 챙겨줘서 배고프지 않게 즐거운 투어 할 수 있었어요! 직원들(특히 Franklin, mi amigo) 숙박 이외에도 전체적으로 신경쓰고 있는게 느껴져요.

Even though we arrived in Cusco around 1 AM, they welcomed us incredibly kindly. Mr. Franklin especially impressed me with his wholehearted service. Since our tour started at 6 AM the next day and we couldn't have breakfast, they packed lunch boxes for us, so we could enjoy the tour without going hungry! The staff (especially Frank, mi amigo) made us feel truly cared for, not just with the stay but overall.

Hôtel très bien placé en plein centre ville donnant sur une rue tranquille, sans beaucoup de passage. Chambres avec des lits très confortables et salle de bain spacieuse. Personnel top!

Cannot rate the Nodo high enough! Everything about our stay was impeccable from the staff to the rooms. We stayed three nights before going to Aguas Calientes and two nights after. The first three nights in one of the more basic rooms which was clean and very comfortable and quiet, the final nights in their premium room which was absolutely amazing. The view was so good for dinner we got takeaway to sit in the room and look at the view. Best view in town!! (Stayed in March/ low season)

Staff were amazing. So polite and friendly. Great English. Helpful with so many things. Excellent location. Immaculate rooms. Softest towels ive had in a hotel in years. High value for money. I'm going back!

Me encantó el alojamiento, la cercanía a la Plaza de Armas y la Plaza del Regocijo es muy buena y la limpieza de las habitaciones e instalaciones es impecable. La atención del personal para dar recomendaciones y poder guardar las valijas es muy buena. El hotel cuenta con un espacio común muy lindo y una cocina disponible para usar. El desayuno es muy bueno, sólo un poco desorganizado pero es un aspecto que puede mejorar. Lo recomiendo mucho!
