Pros:

Posizione comodissima per visitare Cusco e dintorni in quanto la maggior parte dei tour partono dalla piazza principale. Camera spaziosa dotata di riscaldamento e doccia calda.

Staff lovely. Room and bathroom quality very low.
Pros:

We have given this a 7 rather than 5 purely because the staff at the desk were SO lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for Cusco walking distance to the town.

Cons:

Ultimately you get what you pay for. However, the bathroom was not to a good standard. Whilst it was overall clean, it was not a nice experience to shower in. We were also given a room right next to the dining hall which made it extremely noisy in the mornings with people often just talking right outside the door. Whilst it is super convenient and cheap, just know that’s the quality you are paying for.

Pros:

La stanza era spaziosa, per combattere il freddo nella stanza c’era uno scaldino che cambiava decisamente la temperatura. Ottima colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno non è all’altezza della struttura, troppo freddo, acqua calda che fatica a scendere e latente odore di muffa. Da sistemare e mettere in linea con lo standard dell’hotel.

Pros:

The staff was amazing - every person we met was so nice and willing to help. Carlos even walked us over to a store to get some travel needs. Breakfast was good and included a cooked-to-order omelet each morning. The hotel is older and well maintained. For those coming from the US - it is not modern, it has character, something that has history. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Alles top, perfekt ausgestattet und am besten die Heizung und die feinen Betten! Aber nicht zu vergessen die liebevolle Rezeptionistin Sheila und die Portiere mit ihrer Warmherzigkeit haben den Aufenthalt wie unser zuhause gemacht! Danke!
