Era extremadamente ruidoso, diminuto, temprano en la mañana no se preocupaban por el descanso de los clientes, me tocó una como integración donde se juntaron, se reían fuerte, aplaudían, eran las 8am y se escuchaba todo! El día que llegamos queríamos descansar y estaban golpeando las paredes, la gente hablando fuestisimo y la habitación pequeñita! Hubo en la noche un recepcionista hombre que nos hizo mala cara porque queríamos salir del hotel de noche y ya estaba todo el hotel apagado y cerrado, como si fuera una casa, le pedimos salir y se enojó. Ay no, nunca volvería!
Posizione centralissima. I tour ti prelevano davanti l’hotel perché è in zona centrale mentre per il drop off ti lasciano nelle due piazzette che sono ai due capi della strada presso cui è ubicato (a 100 metri). Personale top.

The location is just perfect. Breakfast in the morning is good quality buffet, they have also vegetarian option, good juices and breads. We couldn’t find the hair dryer in the room but they provided it as soon as we requested it.
A localização é excelente, próxima à Plaza de Armas e aos principais pontos de saída dos passeios. Entre as instalações, o destaque fica para o chuveiro, que tem ótima pressão e água bem quente.
No café da manhã, não posso deixar de destacar o omelete, simplesmente maravilhoso!
Mas, sem dúvida, o maior diferencial foi o atendimento dos funcionários. Em especial, Sheila e Ysabel, que foram extremamente atenciosas, simpáticas e fizeram nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Somos muito gratos por todo o carinho e cuidado durante nossa hospedagem. Com certeza, recomendamos o hotel!

Posizione comodissima per visitare Cusco e dintorni in quanto la maggior parte dei tour partono dalla piazza principale. Camera spaziosa dotata di riscaldamento e doccia calda.
We have given this a 7 rather than 5 purely because the staff at the desk were SO lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for Cusco walking distance to the town.
Ultimately you get what you pay for. However, the bathroom was not to a good standard. Whilst it was overall clean, it was not a nice experience to shower in. We were also given a room right next to the dining hall which made it extremely noisy in the mornings with people often just talking right outside the door. Whilst it is super convenient and cheap, just know that’s the quality you are paying for.
