Fijn en schoon verblijf.
Pros:

Fijn verblijf met heerlijke bedden in Cusco. Aardig personeel. Fijn geholpen met een andere kamer toen we aangaven dat de kamer naast de receptie veel herrie gaf. Ontbijt prima.

Cons:

Was een stukje lopen naar het centrum. We kregen eerst een nogal gehorige kamer op de begane grond naast de receptie.

El desayuno no estaba mal. Personal amable.

Cons:

Habitaciones oscuras, muebles y equipamiento muy anticuado, enchufes iban mal. con poco espacio para las maletas. La habitacion tenía una ventana que daba a un patio interior por un lado y otra a la escalera por la que la gente subía a sus habitaciones. Fue muy cutre, cancelamos la última noche y cambiamos de alojamiento.

El desayuno bueno , el personal super atento salvo un señor que estuvo el día que nos fuimos del hotel se fue a ver la habitación de una manera nada discreta , me imagino a ver si no nos llevábamos nada , dos personas de 65 años un poco de tino.

Best Pillows
Pros:

The best pillows in all of Peru! Not even kidding. I had slept in Lima, Huacachina, Arequipa, Chivay, and Puno at that point. And I later stayed at another hotel in Cusco as well as at an Eco Lodge in the jungle. Golden Inca had amazing memory foam pillows. After the week I had had, these pillows were a true highlight.

Cons:

The window is inside the building which can increase noise levels. I did find it a bit noisy, but not terrible. Also, the staff needs to communicate better with each other. When I checked in I asked to check out 30 min later and the staff member allowed it but then in the morning I got a call saying I was late checking out.

Muy buen lugar donde alojarse

Lo que más me gustó fue la recepción y que me hiciera en la cama todos los días, es decir, todo se cuidaba el detalle y la verdad es que había una limpieza que se agradece

Cons:

El desayuno era muy repetitivo cumplía, pero la verdad es que faltaba algo diferente todos los días. Era queso con jamoncito, pan y alguna cosa más. En general muy bien el lugar.

La habitación 001 que nos proporcionaron estaba pareada a una especie de motor, que a las 6 am sonaba como una alarma muy fuerte. Fue muy desagradable. El personal circulaba haciendo sonidos desde temprano por ese sector, parecía zona de almacenamiento de herramientas. Lo segundo es que de forma normal indicamos en la manilla de la puerta que se realizara el aseo respectivo, sin embargo, al regresar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta de que no se había realizado, estaban las mismas toallas y sin asear la habitación, nos dirigimos a recepción y la respuesta fue vaga, solo excusas, sin siquiera indicarnos alguna forma de compensar el sonido desagradable de la mañana ni tampoco la falta del aseo respectivo. Esperábamos otra respuesta de recepción.
