Muy cómodo y acogedor, el administrador Richard Cruz muy atento y servicial, nos facilitó con detalles presentados a último momento, siempre estuvo presto resolver cualquier consulta, además de los demás asociados, el hotel ubicado en buen lugar, limpio y ordenado, instalaciones acogedoras, si deseas tranquilidad para la familia que viene a descansar y disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad cómo fue mi caso, esta perfecto para alojarse. Recomendado al 100%

Funcionários bons, chuveiro bem quentinho e café bom.

Had a fantastic stay! From the friendly staff to the cozy room, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast provided a nice start to the day as well. The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from outside, but it didn't bother me at all.

Cons:

During my first stay the room had Netflix and screen-sharing capabilities, but when I returned a few days later, my new room didn't have the same TV features.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel en Cusco. Desde el primer momento, Richard Cruz, el administrador, fue increíblemente gentil y atento: nos permitió ingresar antes del check-in programado y además nos brindó mucha ayuda cuando tuvimos un percance con nuestro tren de regreso desde Aguas Calientes, lo que realmente marcó la diferencia en nuestro viaje.

Destaco también la limpieza del hotel y la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las duchas cuentan con agua caliente las 24/7, algo fundamental después de días largos de paseo. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, variado y rico.

Un detalle que se agradece muchísimo es que en todos los pisos hay disponibilidad permanente de distintas infusiones para los huéspedes, como agua de coca y muña, ideales para el clima y la altura.

La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: a solo 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas, a 5 minutos del mercado de San Blas y en un sector muy seguro. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para hospedarse en Cusco.
