Recepção muito agradável. Me ofereceram um quarto em andar inferior, facilitando nossa locomoção. O café da manhã completo e de qualidade. Chá quente 24 horas na recepção. Muito satisfeito.

La ubicación, habitación amplia, limpia. Te prestan plancha, secador.

Cons:

TV no funcionaba bien la señal, atención de la persona del restaurante en el desayuno, poco amable y con mala cara. El desayuno podía ser mejor.
La atención del auditor nocturno es amable pero es olvidadizo y cuándo sales a la madrugada a los tour esta dormido.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.

Property has no escalator, good luck if you stay on the 5 th floor.
