We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the rainforest shower — such a fantastic way to relax!
The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and the train station. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again anytime. Highly recommended!

La ubicación en buena y el hotel en general está bien
No había agua caliente por las mañanas para ducharse. Informé en recepción el primer día y me dijeron que no había ningún problema reportado (no me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación en ningún momento). Tuvimos el mismo problema durante los cuatro días que nos alojamos ahí. Tuve que ducharme con agua fría el último día también antes de salir hacia el aeropuerto. Al hacer el check-out me aseguraron que lo arreglarían, pero después de cuatro días y estando ya fuera del hotel, no es una solución. No tuvieron el detalle ni de ofrecerme el desplazamiento al aeropuerto por las molestias causadas. El manejo de problemas por parte de recepción es muy deficiente.
O café da manhã é muito bom. Foi gentil também contar com uma sacolinha para levar lanche de madrugada (já que o café não estava aberto). A localização é boa e o quarto é bem amplo e funcional.
Deixa a desejar o aquecimento do chuveiro, porque, às vezes, fica apenas morna a água.

No duden en elegir este hotel
El hotel esta súper bien ubicado y a la noche hay mucho silencio para descansar tranquilo luego de tantas caminatas, el personal muy amable, además estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas.
Hay té de coca disponible en todo momento y aguas filtrada.
Me hospedé al llegar a Cuzco y al regreso de Machu Pichu volví a quedarme ahí.
Excelente elección.
Leí algún comentario sobre el agua que sale tibia, me pasó un día, si eso sucede avisen al personal que lo solucionan enseguida. Asi fue! Que no sea una limitante para elegir este hotel.
Love it, 10 min away to the plaza de armas, location is good, lots of stores and restaurants around, breakfast is very good, staff was great and friendly, have a kettle in the room which makes it easier for your teas if the height is being an issue to you. No A/C but rooms are not hot they are quite comfortable.
