Incredibile!
Pros:

Accoglienza fantastica, lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile: ci hanno tenuto le valigie prima che soggiornassimo lì mentre eravamo a fare un trekking di più giorni, ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto per quando siamo dovuti partire presto. La camera è molto ampia e il letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Veramente una permanenza perfetta!

Pros:

Todo!! Es que todo es perfecto! Desde que llegas la recepción es súper servicial! Las habitaciones grandes, cómodas, las camas deliciosas!! El baño súper cómodo! Buena ducha! El desayuno deli y la ubicación la mejor!

Adequate for a night.
Pros:

Location was very convenient, just 10 mins from Plaza, shops and restaurants around.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Rooms not cleaned other than beds changed. Thin towels. Cold showers. Poor showers. After 5 days hiking came back and had to change room 3 times and eventually got upgraded to floor 2 and a lovely room and shower. Level 1 issues with showers and musty smell in rooms.

Muy conformes, muy buena elección y experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación esta a 100 mts del Qorikancha, la cuadra es súper tranquila casi sin tránsito sin ruidos exterior y a unas pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. De muy buen gusto la habitación, muy comodas las camas y el baño Impecable. Buen desayuno en general, bien surtido y con personal de servicio muy atento. Pudimos dejar nuestras valijas en su guardaequipaje durante 3 días.

Cons:

Si bien está algo más alejado que otras muchas opciones, optamos por esta ubicación por la tranquilidad de poder descansar x la noche.
No hubo nada que impida tomarlo nuevamente como opción de alojamiento.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Tienes el Convento de Santo Domingo a una cuadra y media y la plaza mayor a unos 5 cuadras. Tienes, tambien, la Av. Del Sol a la vuelta del hotel. El personal es amable y atento. Super recomendable.
Hemos salido para Aguas calientes por dos noches y volvimos al mismo hotel, por lo que nos han guardado las valijas durante nuestra estadía en Aguas Calientes.

Pros:

L ubicació Excel lent. El llit molt còmode: sense soroll.

Cons:

Em estat 4 nits, durant l estada vam extraviar la targeta-clau de l habitació i ens la van fer pagar 5$. Estan 4 nits ho hem trobat incorrecte. L rsmorsar poc variat, la qualitat del producte bàsica.
