El personal fue amable y el lugar estaba limpio y ordenado.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Todos los días entraron a la habitación a verificar y el agua caliente llegaba luego de que regulaban algo al interior del baño. Era incómodo tener que llamar a cada rato por lo mismo.
Sus habitaciones son super cómodas limpias y con muy buenos espacios. El personal super atento siempre.

The hotel is a lovely hotel located near Cusco plaza de armas. The staff are kind and caring and there is immediate service. They offer free coco tea all the time and the breakfast is excellent. Thank you!
I would suggest putting a water filter on each floor.
