Pros:

Very friendly and flexible staff. Super comfy bed and amazing breakfast. The building is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend!

Cons:

A kettle in the room could be nice to have. We asked for one, so not a deal breaker at all - just a suggestion. Tea selection in the room could also have been nicer.

Tarihi şehrin tam merkezinde tümüyle otel olarak kullanılmak üzere yeniden restore edilmiş bir tarihi yapıda konaklıyorsunuz. Merkezde gezmek isteyebileceğiniz her yer çok yakın. Hizmet kalitesi üst düzeyde, personel sizi memnun etmek için çaba sarf ediyor. Konaklama deneyimi de üst seviye, konforlu bir şekilde konaklıyorsunuz. Restoran ve barda kalite üst düzeyde, ne yesem son derece memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Giriş işlemlerinde biraz belirsizlik oldu ama çıkışta soru işaretlerini de giderdiler sorun olmadı.

Beautiful historic hotel with comfortable beds
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous and historic. It was very clean and decorative. Staff always greeted us. The bed was the biggest/widest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever seen with 8 pillows. I slept so well!

Superb hotel, superb stay. Couldn’t recommend more
Pros:

Stunning and unique property. Beautiful, comfortable with spa facilities, complimentary activities and superb breakfast. Service was excellent, with a particular shout out to Joaquin for going out of his way to ensure our experience was the best it could be and providing recommendations for our onward stay in Lima. The best hotel in Cusco.

Cons:

Nothing. A gym however could be the cherry on a superb cake
