Important information:

Please note that children from 04 up to 11 years old er 12 years old will be accommodated free of charge sharing bed with one or two adults, you only have to assume the cost of breakfast.

The buffet breakfast opens from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays it opens from 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM, our box breakfasts are also served from 3:30 AM until 4:30 AM every day" this is until the end of this year 2023 Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%.

To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.

Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 32 per accommodations, per night Service animals welcome (no charge) only dogs are accepted 1 per room (up to 15 kg)

Bad experience
Pros:

Arrived late at Hotel after a long day from Michu Pichu. We decided to eat at the Restaurant we ordered Burgers and we had to send them back they were not cooked. We decided to leave the restaurant and go back to our room.
When we got into bed there was loud music and singing outside the hotel looked from the window a street market. My husband went down to speak with management but there was no hotel manager to speak with just the receptionist and she apologised and send she would ring the police to remove them from the area around the hotel.
The noise eventually stopped but we were not impressed with the hotel at all.

Óptima localização! Belíssimo hotel!
Pros:

A localização é muito boa e o hotel é muito bonito! Os funcionários foram todos impecáveis.

Cons:

O nosso quarto (126) é literalmente na entrada do restaurante e das WCs, muito exposto para o terraço, não adoramos o quarto.

Great base in Cusco
Pros:

We just returned from 12 days in Peru and this was a great place to stay. We had the unique opportunity to stay in two places in Cusco because we stayed our first two nights here, and then went to Machu Picchu for one night, and then returned for two more nights in Cusco at another (more highly ranked Aranwa) hotel.

We had two rooms on the ground floor and both were lovely. They were clean, quiet, very convenient to the hustle and bustle of town (1 minute walk to the "baby square" as we called it and 5 minutes to the main square). Everything is walkable from this hotel.

We loved the jacuzzi tub, shower in the bathroom, spacousness of the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and location. The hotel courtyard was charming and a very comfortable place to sit and visit while not in your room. We didn't take advantage of the spa services, but it was nice to know they had one. There was coca and mint tea available at all times to help with altitude sickness, which was nice.

I'd give the location a 10/10; cleanliness 10/10, lack of noise/quiet 10/10, room comfort 10/10, and breakfast 8/10. The second hotel we stayed at, which is ranked higher, was not nearly as charming. We much preferred this hotel. Five stars from me!

Comfortable room and centrally located.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the property is located centrally to restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property also has a nice feel with a cloister style courtyard and only two stories high.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Location is good - close to Plaza de Armas but far enough to experience peace and quiet from the crowd. Breakfast is scheduled early to cater for early tours. In house restaurant so you can dine whatever time you want.

Cons:

Several steps/short stairs to pass by so if no hotel staff is around you’ll be lifting the luggage yourself. Not a big deal though.

Su ubicación.

Cons:

El desayuno fue muy basico, algunos productos que servieron en el desayuno se sentian guardados, demoraban mucho en reponer cuando se acababan. Se sabe que en cusco los tours empiezan muy temprano y deberian dar el desayuno desde la hora que el primer tour empieza o almenos dar cajas de desayuno express (montaña de 7 colores empieza a las 4:15 am, por ejemplo).

would not recommend the rooms we had got
Pros:

we ordered dinner and immediately post that 2 people in the grp fell sick

Cons:

The we were given were away from the ret of the rooms and we had to twalk through the dining area to go to the romms and it was not well presented.
