Hotel Casablanca

Bad maintained hotel, the rooms and bathrooms were very old and in bad condition.don't recommend it

The hotel was not as described in the expedia site. The hotel was not close to the plaza mayor, and not a 2 minutes walk at all. The room that we get was old, carpet really old and not clean, super cold at night even with the old heater that we plug at night. But the worst was the bathroom. It has a window with wood blinds, that connect to the bathroom of another room, and we can hear and smell everything that happens in there. The location was not the best area in the historic place. We stayed the first night, then we travel to Aguas Calientes for the next night, and we get so late to Cusco the 3er night so we had to stay in Casablanca that night. Then, we checked out and moved to another hotel. Really bad experience. Not fair that you laid to the tourists and make them think that a hotel is good and it is not.

Buena ubicacion (a 2 calles de Mdo San Pedro y 4 de la plaza mayor), limpio y seguro, opciones economicas para comer cerca, habitacion comoda, agua caliente y calefaccion, tv, wifi, alfombra, personal 24 hr., precio moderado, recomendado

Hotel simples mais limpo, não é um hotel com cortesias como chá, e água para servir na entrada, ( muitos oferecem chá por causa do mal da altitudd), muitas vezes quando estava tomando banho a agua quente mudava para frio. Não tem elevador, fiquei no 3* andar, a tv não era smart, entao sao só os canais locais. O hotel estava sempre escuro, isso me incomodava.

Omg, amazing staff. The man at front desk was brilliant, spoke wonderful English and was happy to help wherever possible.

He booked extra nights for me at short notice, chatted about Cusco in general and gave good tips and advice.
Really enjoyed his vibe and kindness.

Rooms were brilliant, good size, secure, and quiet.
Highly recommend.

Sencillo pero con muy buena ubicación,barato y con los servicios disponibles el único detalle es que no tiene elevador

Good central location, near the market and the square. The rooms ar big and facilities are decent. The staff can bring hot teas or water to your room if needed.

Hotel Casablanca vaikutti aluksi vähän erilaiselta, mutta kun vertadin sitä muihin alueen majoitus vaihtoehtoihin se olikin ihan käypää keskitasoa. Huoneessa ei ollut ikkunaa vaan luonnovalo tuli valokuilun kautta. Jääkasppi, lämmitys, sievä siisti wc-kylpyhuone. Hyvä sänky, lämpimät peitot. Yksinkertainen mutta ihan ok. Lähellä keskusaukioita, lähellä sipermarket sekä ravintolat 2-3 korttelin päässä.

Muy bonito lugar la atención siempre es amigable y sobre todo con una sonrisa de todo el personal, tienen servicio de mates todo el día lo cual ayuda mucho para los que sufridnos de la altura.

Great location and extremely helpful staff. This was a return trip, and aspects I previously critiqued were not a problem this time: sleep was uninterrupted and noise levels were low.

タイミングによってはシャワーのお湯が出ないことがあるのでその点は注意。

その点を除けば設備面で特に問題はなく、スタッフの皆さんも気さくで親切。
ただ宿泊するだけでなく、コミュニケーションも取れ気持ちよく過ごせた。

市街地中心地にあるので近くに飲食店や雑貨店が多く本当に便利だった。

機会があれば是非リピートしたい。

Simple, nice clean hotel. It is right in the center of the city and has everything that you need for a fraction of the price. The beds are amazing! The front desk staff is helpful. 10/10

Great location, small hotel, really simple but perfect for a short stay

The location of the property is very convenient. The front desk staff were nice and the housekeeping is superb.

The hotel is very close to the city center only few minutes walk away. The rooms are fairly basic but good, and the bathroom and shower works fine. The staff was always helpful and provided indications and support when needed.
