Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco

Without a doubt, this hotel is your sanctuary. An oasis. (Literally with the only heated outdoor pool in the City).
From the moment you are greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers until you leave feeling like you’ve made new friends, you are taken care of in every respect.
I was grateful for having a Butler on call via WhatsApp 24/7 to get me oxygen when I needed it and to help me plan my days and restaurant activities.
My Primary Contact there was Saul. He was an eager, knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful and trusted advisor.
I found every employee, day and night, to be dedicated to offering genuine service of the highest level. A special thank you to Fredy.
The Suites are spectacular. From the Bluetooth Bose speaker to the cute hot water bottle placed in my bed each night, you will be delighted. Guaranteed.

Five star experience in every way. Beautiful hotel, amazing food, awesome spa, but the quality of hospitality is what made it an incredible experience. Shoutout to Saul who took amazing care of us. Cannot recommend enough.

Last time in Cusco, I stayed in its sister hotel Monasterio, be a Belmond fan of course this time we stayed in Palacio Nazarenas.

First of all, I would like to thank Gustavo, our butler, who took good care of us during the stay, we are so grateful!

Our city view room is very classic, cozy with so spacious bathroom, the bed is quite comfortable that guarantees good sleep :-) the balcony is very big that allows 2 sets of chairs & table yet still many place. In the morning from balcony looking at blue sky with white cloud, with the reflection of pool, superb.

Breakfast is full of selections on buffet and nice a-la-carte menu, and pls don’t miss their restaurant Mauka, they serve delicious food with tradition and creation perfectly balanced.

My 2nd time in Cusco is perfect as well, I will be back.

This hotel is the best in Peru the best location and best service hands down.. the restaurant and service throughout the hotel is amazing the best. I love the pool makes it why to me it is an out of dream experience having the amazing location hotel and staff plus activities like the amazing library and old royal pool table I think it is.

We have had the most incredible stay in this hotel it is pure magic. The attention of detail is beyond, and the staff care so much. We had a massage at the spa and the experience was incredible. I have to mention a special special person named Saul who had entirely changed our trip - I have never met someone more caring and helpful and the hotel are SO lucky to have him - he couldn’t do enough for us. He gave us the best recommendations and he was honestly a superstar. Thank you for everything!!!! We will be back and recommending this to everyone. Worth every single penny

Superior en todo sentido.

This place sets the bar very very high loke the altitude. Oxygen in the room is an amazing touch for folks coming from lower elevations to get a good nights sleep and it just gets better from there

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Beautiful and with the best service one can expect. Excellent location near the center, great food and big quiet rooms. I’ll return for sure. Hat off to a great property.

Our tour guide, Joseph Nieto Espinoza was the most wonderful and experienced tour guide we could have possibly had. He was incredibly polite, kind, and served every need we could have thought of and even those we didn’t think of. He was always on point and so knowledgeable of all the sites and history of Machu Picchu. He went above and beyond to make the experience the most memorable for both of us.

Joseph Nieto Espinoza is the best tour guide we could ever imagine. We would recommend him to all our friends and family. He caters to the highest level of luxury and does it all while making us feel comfortable and welcomed. He constantly thought ahead and predicted our needs. He clearly used his experience and knowledge of the routes and people and sites we were seeing to make sure we had the best possible view, sight, and overall experience.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with incredible service by all hotel employees (and there are many). Extra oxygen provided through vents of the room. Spent an entire day just relaxing around the hotel.

We came for our honeymoon and we’re so amazed by the service! Everyone from Fiorella and Edgar and Carlos at the front desk to Yamely and the restaurant staff, as well as everyone in the spa were fantastic! We definitely return. They made us feel so special and we have never been treated so well at a hotel. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for two nights on arrival in Cusco, and one more night on the way back from Machu Picchu. Both stays were lovely.
The first stay was in a Junior Suite, the second in another, even better suite (it had a balcony, maybe we were upgraded?)
Both stays were marked by real comfort and great service. The property is wonderful, centrally located and full of history. Staff at every level were kind and very attentive to any request. We took room service twice and the food was very good - arrived hot and was tasty.
Breakfast was good, perhaps needed more choices in cereals and better quality fruit - but perhaps I'm nitpicking.
It's not a cheap hotel by any means but it gives great value for money - and the oxygen system in the rooms is an enormous plus. Recommended.

Our stay at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious and impeccably maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home.

The hotel grounds and rooms exceeded our expectations in every way, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. There wasn't a single thing that called out for attention. The staff is also among the best we've ever encountered. They were kind, thoughtful and attentive, but not in a way that was overbearing or overly formal. We immediately felt at home and were well looked after.

Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.

The quality of this hotel does not only reflect in the exquisite rooms and location but mainly in the way they treat their guests. I cannot thank enough the hotel personnel and management for offering such support and care for my family and my husband who unfortunately experienced some very bad symptoms of altitude sickness during our stay there . Everyone was simply amazing !

Overall experience was excellent All staff gracious and helpful. Walking distance to lots of sights and sounds and shopping. We had a fun and relaxing time.
