La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación calentita gracias al radiador que nos dieron. La habitación grande y las camas cómodas. El baño limpio y cómodo, salvo por el ruido del extractor que se encendía nada más encender la luz

אחלה מיקום ומלון שנראה ברמה טובה.
נתנו לנו חדר קטן כשהזמנו חדר גדול ולא הסכימו לתת פיצוי. בנוסף התייחבו למחיר זול לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר ועשו לנו בעיות עם זה ודרשו יותר למחרת.
The staff were excellent and the location was good but the hotel would benefit from proper heating and warm bedding.
The only good thing was the location
First it wasn’t clean at all, it was dusty and it had a carpet on the second floor that was probably there since years and years. The design of the room was also poor, it was divided in too floor with the bedroom on the “second floor” and the living room and bathroom on the first one. The forniture was very old and not curated. The bathroom door was made of glass so you can see everything that goes on in there. The bathroom itself was big but very poorly decorated and maintained.
The service was ok-ish (still the worst of our experience in Peru) and the breakfast was very poor as well. All in all I would not come back.
Property is great, modern, clean centrally located .staff is very accommodating and courteous. Toiletries could improve and a a mini grudge would be awesome!

Should be more towels in the bathroom
Al llegar al alojamiento me cobraron 2 piezas de 3 camas, sin embargo, nos dieron una de 3 camas y 1 de 2 camas. Se cortó el agua h fue problema del hotel. Mal servicio de desayuno, pobre.
The hotel was better than expected. Well maintained and really good-looking. Our room was fairly big, bathroom was very nice. The lobby/restaurant looked great. There were free teas available all the time. Only a short walk away from the centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, especially the juices and fruits.
Breakfast was not ready on time. It was about 10 minutes late. It should not be a big deal normally, but when you on the clock, it could be a problem. Would make sense to serve breakfast even earlier as we so multiple people leaving for a day trip without having a chance to eat.
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.
The hotel was good but there was a lot of noise coming from outside from all tourists waking up at 4 AM. The doors' isolation was bad. The rest was very good.

I will start with the positive:

That’s that. Room not a place to spend too much time as totally without any kind of charm.
Breakfast is fine if you like stale bread, lukewarm coffee/tea, dislike cereal. If not for the fresh fruits and omelets (that is only so/so) we would not had anything to eat.
It’s a 3 star hotel and its living up to that. Restaurant is cold so staff runs around in big coats to keep warm, you should too. This also makes the cups and dishes cold and as coffee is lukewarm it only gets colder in a cold cup.
Excellent service, much better than I expected. The front desk employees were all very attentive and helped me with more than I asked. It made the difference to improve my travel experience
