Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, instalaciones impecables y cuartos amplios.

Cons:

Deben mejorar el desayuno buffet que ofrecen, limitado, repetitivo. Adicional a ello si no vas temprano ya no encuentras la mayoria de insumos, los cuales segun nos indicaron no reponen nuevamente.

Estadía en el centro de Cusco excelente!!
Pros:

Súper amplio, limpio, realmente muy pintoresco!! El desayuno es muy variado y súper completo y lo sirven desde muy temprano, eso nos ayuda muchísimo cuando tienes tours temprano :)
Hay un señor que nos atendió demasiado bien, que atiende en el desayuno, muy atento y servicial!!! Y un señor de lentes que fue muy atento con todo desde que llegamos, ellos dos hicieron nuestra estadía demasiado topp!!!

Cons:

Nuestro cuarto tenía bañera pero no funcionaba :( pero después todo topppp!

Sus empleados son muy cordiales, atentos y te ayudan con algún inconveniente que tengas.. Desayuno bufet, la habitación estaba impecable, muy confortable..

Cons:

Tos estuvo impecable, lo recomiendo a 1000!

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación calentita gracias al radiador que nos dieron. La habitación grande y las camas cómodas. El baño limpio y cómodo, salvo por el ruido del extractor que se encendía nada más encender la luz

Pros:

אחלה מיקום ומלון שנראה ברמה טובה.

Cons:

נתנו לנו חדר קטן כשהזמנו חדר גדול ולא הסכימו לתת פיצוי. בנוסף התייחבו למחיר זול לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר ועשו לנו בעיות עם זה ודרשו יותר למחרת.
