まぁまぁ快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

立地が良いこと。部屋はやや狭いですが、全体的に清潔でした。建物全体が古いですが、水回りは特に問題はありませんでした。

Cons:

4泊のうち1泊だけ、シャワー中に、熱いお湯が突然水に変わってしまいました。Wi-Fiがうまくつながらないことがありました。ヒーターの稼働時間に制限があり、夜中は寒かったです。このような多少の不備に納得できれば、リーズナブルな価格だと思います。

Pros:

Me gustó mucho que se avisaba sobre la salida temprano al día siguiente por Tours y ellos muy amablemente organizaban comida para llevar y tener el desayuno disponible. El Staff muy amable.

Cons:

Lo único fue que aunque no lo use mucho, la señal del TV no era la mejor.
También hubo 1 día que las toallas que nos dejaron estaban en una parte rotas.

Pros:

Que nos tocó una habitación con calefacción (había otras que no tenían) y agua caliente

Cons:

Está justo en la calle de discotecas, por lo que se oye la música por la noche. Las habitaciones no eran demasiado limpias. Tras el servicio de limpieza cada mañana , no nos dejaban toallas ni gel. Además las paredes son muy muy finas, se oyen todos los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado. Hay humedades en el baño y la habitación (en techos y paredes). Y no tienen ventana al exterior (la ventada de nuestra habitación daba al pasillo, por lo que cada vez que pasaba alguien, se encendía la luz del pasillo y se iluminaba nuestra habitación).
