Pessoal muito atencioso.

Cons:

Pia sem água quente, banheiro não tem lugar pra botar sabonete e toalha, não tem espelho no quarto móveis velhos paredes descascando e aquecimento péssimo, péssima internet piso de madeira muito ruim.

Buona posizione, ma niente Asciugamani

Lo staff è disponibile, la posizione è strategica

Tutte le volte che ci pulivano la stanza dovevo andare a chiedere gli asciugamani( solo 2 a persona)...e il tappetino per la doccia? Gli sembrava una richiesta troppo strana....per il resto era ok

Las habitaciones están diseñadas poco amigables, cero calefacción el primer día, se fue el agua a medio día y no pudimos bañarnos, las camas no son comodas

La ubicación para llegar a la plaza es buena.

Cons:

a pesar que no se escuchaba el ruido de la calle en el hotel, al salir era muy incómodo ya que la zona es zona de bares, restaurantes y había siempre gente en la noche libando o en fiesta. Y, también me incomodó muchísimo que las sábanas estaban manchadas a pesar de "verse" limpias.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, muy céntrico y cerca de todo, la amabilidad del personal también, muy respetuosos, no se me perdió nada, la habitación siempre limpia e impecable.

Cons:

Somos latinos y sentí que el calentador no era suficiente ya que cusco es muy frío para nosotros.. el piso necesita alfombras, ya que se mantiene muy frío por el clima natural de la ciudad, hay que tener medias o siempre chancletas para no pisar el piso.. y tenía poca iluminación, me gustaría que las luces fueran mas iluminadores... No puedo comentar sobre el desayuno porque nunca pude ir al restaurante, pero mis compañeros me dijeron que el buffet solo era hasta las 9 am, entiendo que debería de ser más tardar a las 10am

위치가 아르마스 광장과 가깝고 주변이 위험하지 않았습니다.

Cons:

호텔 객실이 너무 추웠습니다. 특히 4인실에는 난방기가 없어 너무 너무 추웠고, 샤워기에 온수 조절이 어려웠습니다. 특히 화장실은 세면대에는 온수가 나오지 않습니다.
전반적인 시설이 오래됀 느낌이었습니다.

Habitación en mal estado
Pros:

La atención del personal muy buena

Cons:

La habitación del primer piso es húmeda, fría y oscura. La ducha y el baño están en estado deplorable (falta de mantenimiento), no hay donde colocar artículos personales ni accesorios para toalla, papel higiénico. El agua caliente no era continua.
