Localização no centro de Cusco.

Cons:

Achei péssimo o fato de o quarto ter dois andares, com o banheiro localizado no andar de baixo, o que é bastante inconveniente. Além disso, a iluminação da escada funcionava por sensor de presença, mas a luz ficava acesa o tempo todo.

O hotel fica rodeado de bares e pubs, então, se você tem sono leve, esqueça a possibilidade de dormir tranquilamente! O barulho é bastante incômodo. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar, sendo simples demais.

Mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de água. Nas duas noites em que nos hospedamos, voltamos ao hotel à noite para tomar banho e simplesmente não havia água! No primeiro dia, a justificativa foi que o problema era na rua. Porém, achei estranho e fui perguntar a um estabelecimento próximo, onde me informaram que havia água normalmente. Ou seja, a justificativa do hotel não condizia com a realidade. Acabei tendo que dormir sem tomar banho!

No segundo dia, a situação se repetiu. Ao questionar novamente a falta de água, fui informado de que o reservatório do hotel estava vazio. É inadmissível um estabelecimento hoteleiro deixar seus hóspedes sem água para tomar banho por duas noites consecutivas! Infelizmente, precisei ser mais ríspido para demonstrar minha indignação, pois ninguém paga por uma hospedagem para passar por esse tipo de situação.

Minha experiência foi extremamente negativa, principalmente pela falta de água, pelo barulho e pela falta de conforto. Não recomendo a hospedagem e certamente não voltaria.

Mala experiencia, mala calidad
Pros:

La verdad, no me gusto casi nada. Lo rescatable que las personas que atendía eran respetuosas y amables. La habitación estaba en un segundo nivel, así que no tuve que subir tantos escalones. Lo malo que para el desayuno si había que subir hasta el tercer nivel, el espacio reducido y muy cerrado.

Cons:

El acceso al lugar era complicado, los taxis no llegaban a la puerta del hotel, había que caminar una cuadra. La habitación no era confortable, el colchón y almohadas duras, no había tomacorrientes para poder trabajar con la laptop o cargar el celular, el único tomacorriente era el del baño, la habitación fría. El desayuno regular, pero el espacio muy reducido y cerrado, además de subir por los escalones hasta el tercer nivel. La relación calidad-precio totalmente incongruente, el costo demasiado alto para la calidad del hotel y del servicio.
