me gustaria que el desayuno sea mas variado ( otro PAN) mas frutas la quantidad y la variedad (granadillas ananas) y tambien algo otro que huevos por ejemplo un plato de pollo caliente siempre huevos te cansa ;; los jugos no son de qualidad igual cada puede ser perfecto como puede ser sin gusto ;

Ubicación excelente
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación y el detalle de té para los huéspedes.

Cons:

No me gustó que nos confirmaran un desayuno para llevar mediante booking y al llegar nos dijeran que no sabían si podría ser. Finalmente lo tuvimos y fue de agradecer.

l'emplacement idéale sur la plaza de armas, le personnel super, le petit déjeuner correct, la petite poche petit déjeuner le matin à 3h30,le taxi par l'hôtel 35soles (13€) correct, c'est le même prix qu'à erequipa, mais plus cher aéroport -miraflores 65 soles (25€),très propre.et un radiateur à huile super.car il fait un peu froid, avec des nuits à 5°

Cons:

la chambre trop petite pour un séjour de 7nuits, pas de place pour poser les valises il y a un bureau qui ne sert à rien et pourrait être remplacé par un porte valises, il y avait les fixation dans la salle de bain mais pas la barre pour les serviettes, pas de bouteilles d'eau alors qu'à erequipa nous avions 2 bouteilles par jour, pas de sèche cheveux ,

Lindo el lugar, pero tiene sus peros

La locación es un 10. El desayuno muy rico y la señora que sirve los desayunos es un sol. Las personas de la recepción también súper amables.
Algo que me gustó es que tiene buena cancelación de sonido hacia fuera del hotel ya que queda sobre la plaza de armas, pero si puede ser un poco ruidoso por dentro, pero ese depende de los otros huéspedes. A grandes rasgos la estadía estuvo bien.

Cons:

El cuarto que vimos en booking al hacer la reserva mostraba 3 camas y cuando llegamos nos dieron un cuarto con una cama doble y una standard. Yo viajé con mi papá y con mi hermana y queríamos camas separadas, por eso en el momento de reservar nos metimos a las opciones de booking y escogimos la que tenía la 3 camas, entonces pienso que deberían respetar eso en el momento que uno llega al hotel porque la verdad mi hermana y yo no estuvimos muy cómodas compartiendo cama.
El internet no es el mejor, tienen 3 redes y las 3 no son muy buenas.

Perfect location, premium staff, highly recommend!
Pros:

The room was beautifully arranged, and the rustic style felt like a dream. The views of the Plaza de Armas were mesmerising, both day and night. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady in charge went the extra mile to satisfy any cravings we had. The location was fantastic, with attractions nearby. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

It may be unrealistic, but due to the altitude, we would have loved the hotel to have an elevator, especially with luggage.
