Pros:

We liked the perfect location on the central plaza.
We arrived in urgency due to another hotel being bad and they were super accommodating. They kept our luggage while we went to machu Picchu and the breakfast was amazing!
Comfy room as well, with hot water and good water pressure

Very friendly and helpful staff with an incredible location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organised a taxi for us to the airport and our laundry to be done in a very timely manner. Great location!

Cons:

Bathroom was quite tiny and tight to move around but nothing major. No hairdryer provided.

Gostaria de destacar, principalmente, a cordialidade e a atenção de toda a equipe. Desde a recepcionista, passando pelas moças da limpeza e pela equipe da cozinha, todos foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e simpáticos durante a nossa estadia.

O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e tudo muito bem preparado. A localização é excelente, facilitando bastante o acesso aos principais pontos da região.

O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e fomos muito bem recebidos. Recomendo!

La ubicación ya que queda justo al frente de la Plaza de Armas de Cusco, eje de su centro histórico.

Cons:

En general, es un hotel decepcionante, caro para lo que ofrece. Es un hotel elemental y hasta rudimentario en muchos sentidos, con habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas. Además, el desayuno es restringido y repetitivo. Por suerte, la persona que atiende la cocina se esmera por ofrecer un buen servicio. No es así con la persona que atendió la recepción durante las mañanas, que actuaba de forma un tanto hosca.

I would recommend this spot
Pros:

Location excellent - right at the plaza. Breakfast average, but good. We stayed at a deluxe room, which met expectations, and upgrade to a suite, which faced the plaza - that was outstanding.

Amazing location, nice staff, great facilities
Pros:

It’s location is unbeatable. And since we took the suite the room size was huge and very comfortable

Cons:

They don’t have black out curtains and being on the square which is brightly lit up there’s too much light in the room making sleeping difficult . If they could take care of this one problem there property is unmatchable
