La chambre était propre et la literie très bonne.
L’emplacement est très centrale!
Ma chambre était au rdc et donc j’avais tous les bruits et les conversations du patio. Il y a aussi un bar / boite de nuit juste en face, donc très bruyant.
De plus, l’eau dans la douche n’est pas très chaude.
Location, amenities & price
The room had stairs to go up to the beds. We didn’t realize this until we got to the hotel.

Not enough toilet paper.
Beautiful hotel in colonial style, a few minutes from plaza de armas.
It is located in a narrow, pedestrian road so that pickups and drop offs at the hotel are not possible.
It is loud at night because of the club just opposite the house.
Breakfast could be improved, notmuch choice and they refilled the small buffet only if one asked...

La ubicación, si bien queda a unos metros de la Plaza de Armas, el ruido de los pub es brutal. Por más que las ventanas sean “insonoras” si te toca habitación que da al pasaje es un tremendo dolor de cabeza
La proximité du Cuzco animé. Les plantes vertes du grand patio. L'insonorisation des chambres. Le charme du lieu en général
Le café est payant alors que le thé ou l'infusion de coca est gratuite.
Pas de bouilloir dans la chambre.

Great location, great sound insulation (and double balcony door) towards street which is very busy and loud during the night, but we didnt hear a thing. Friendly and helpful staff, interesting history of the hotel building.
I don't understand why all hotels don't have a flexible showerhead instead of just a fixed shower rose... generally, showers in Peruvian hotels don't give the impression of being well-cleaned - but how could they be when you can't use a flexible showerhead to wash the shower properly :/
The building was really nice, and the room was clean and had all the necessities. I have to commend the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were preparing box breakfast when we had to leave earlier!
The WiFi in our room was problematic, to the point that it didn't work. The signal reception for using data, was also terrible in the room.

La habitación era sumamente oscura.
Mandé ropa a lavar y volvió con manchas y arrugadísima. No seé que hicieron con ella. La ropa al salir del secarropas sale casi planchada. Esta estaba tan arrugada que parecía hecho a propósito
A localização é mto boa, menos de um minuto da praça de armas. O hotel é bonito, as pessoas foram amáveis e estava muito limpo.
O café da manhã é justo e o café estava sensacional.
O hotel está localizado em uma rua movimentada, que a noite passam muitas pessoas. Apesar das janelas com bom isolamento, o barulho ainda entrava nos quartos.
Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone direkt im Zentrum ist hervorragend. In dieser Fußgängerzone war eine laute Disco neben der anderen, die bis weit in die Früh ihre laute Musik spielten. Im Innenhof des Hotels hört man so gut wie nichts davon.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im Erdgeschoß des Innenhofes direkt neben dem Besenkammerl. Daher nur 9 statt 10 Punkten
