Foi tudo muito bom, a cama era confortavel, o banheiro era limpo e o ambiente do hall é gostoso e amplo.
Infelizmente fica num local de discoteca, ou seja, o barulho a noite é um pouco complicado, bastante alto.. Dependendo do quarto o barulho é insuportavel.

El estilo de sus instalaciones, bonitos detalles artísticos y culturales , la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, el personal muy amable.
Quizas considerar que esta muy cerca a la plaza y la calle es muy concurrida, pero a mi en lo personal no me incómodo.

Not sure if there’s an option but exhausted fans in bathrooms will help a bit.
Not all staff are comfortable with English but manage exceptionally with translate apps.

En el patio tiene terrazas para sentarse a conversar o jugar cartas .
Está frente a una discoteca y en la noche hay ruido, aunque tiene doble ventana y eso ayuda mucho.
Excelente localização, tudo muito lindo. Bom café, funcionários simpáticos e educados. Extremamente limpo. Nao tivemos problemas de barulho.
We loved that it was close to the Plaza de Armas, and the property itself was beautiful. The breakfasts were just right and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was across from a nightclub and even with ear protection we could still hear people and music until 3 or 4 in the morning.
Zeer propere en ruime kamer, in het centrum van Cusco. Ligging is fantastisch, op wandelafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden.
