Lovely hotel. Recommended.
Pros:

Lovely hotel off the main square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. On days I had early morning starts, I could have a packed snack. Location good with many restaurants around the square and also a general daily police presence keeping a watchful eye on things. I felt perfectly safe even at night.

Cons:

A couple of cons, but I would still recommend the hotel and stay again. The rooms at the front are terribly loud all night due to the bar/disco on the other side of the alley. However, if you have a room at the back then it‘s really quiet and you can‘t hear a thing. After I changed rooms I slept like a log. Cars and taxis cannot drive to the hotel so either stop at the corner of the square or at the top of the alley. The hotel can arrange for taxis and the driver will help with luggage. Breakfast is a tad sparse but eggs are available to order.

Pros:

Wat een prachtig hotel met een rijke geschiedenis. Mooie kamers, goede voorzieningen, gratis thee/koffie beneden, klein winkeltje. Het hotel ligt in het centrum, in een zijstraat. Erg lief personeel. We mochten de koffers daar gratis een nacht laten staan ivm een tour.

Cons:

Helaas was er veel geluidsoverlast. Het hotel zit tussen de kroegen en karaoke-bars. We hebben meerdere kamers geprobeerd maar dit was helaas in elke kamer te horen. Er lagen wel oordopjes in de kamers!

Great location, Very accomodating staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the plaza and close if you're doing tours. The stuff is very helpful and accomodating too. My partner sprained his ankle and they were nice enough to provide crutches and other assistance to make our stay great.
