Very clean, fair price but noisy and grouch owner
Pros:

Location is great, half block from the main square. Staff is super friendly, but the owner is just the opposite, don't try to ask for an extra towel... We had a room with views to the street and it was really noisy. We changed to an interior room next days and it was much better. Breakfast until 10am. It's OK for the price you pay.

Bonito y la gente muy amable!!
Pros:

We were visiting Ayacucho for two nights in this hotel! It's next to the Plaza de Armas, very central.
We had a really good time there with lots of fun. The family who is hosting the hotel is very very friendly and helpfully!

Worst
Pros:

We could not sleep there as they did not keep our reservation in the hotel. When we arrived their at 19h30 they had all ready given our rooms to others. Then the manager can up woth a bunch of lame excuses that we saod it was for the morning not the evening.
