No recomendaría este hotel, bastante sucio y lejos del centro de Cusco. Lo venden con spa y si no avisas no está encendi

Well presented and clean. Comfy bed.

Cons:

No water was coming out of the taps or shower when we got up early for a flight, but it was quickly resolved by the night staff. The shower didnt drain properly

Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. Alfonso, one of the managers, responded to every request and assisted us with anything we asked for — such a lovely person. We highly recommend staying here!

Posto molto pulito, camere molto spaziose, personale super cordiale e veramente amorevole.
Purtroppo ho passato solamente una notte nell’hotel perché il giorno dopo dovevo andare in un’altra città.
La Spa é molto grande, ci sono 3 saune e due piscine (acqua calda e fredda), possibilità di fare massaggi in hotel e colazione squisita.
Lavanderia economica ed efficiente grazie anche ad un servizio di asciugatura.
Un Po lontano dalla frenesia del centro ma con un taxi o a piedi é tutto fattibile.
Il personale è davvero incredibile!!!

Iskall dusch trots vi sa till., Vidrig smutsig fläckad heltäckningsmatta i rummet. Poolområdet var så dåligt underhållet att vi inte hade lust att använda spaavdelningen. Frukosten spartansk. Och vid sen frukost 09:30 var allting kallt men det fanns en Micro så man kunde värma allt.

Me gustó las instalaciones de su sauna seca y vapor buenísimo y tenía un bar bien bonito y la habitación estaba bien limpia y agradable y la cama cómoda si la recomiendo, buena ubicación y tranquilidad para q uno pueda descansar bien después de un viaje agotador , y el servicio si estuvo buenísimo lo recomiendo

Me gustó mucho mi estadía
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, la atención de la recepción excelente, muy amables. La ubicación 10 minutos del aeropuerto, y a 12 minutos aprox al centro histórico en Uber que sale bastante económico. Lo recomiendo al 100%

I had high hopes based on the pictures I saw online but the bad unfortunately outweighed the good.
Pros:

I appreciate that breakfast was bagged for our early journey but it was a bit lacking.

Cons:

I paid for 4 nights but ended up staying 2 nights. I did not have hot water for either night. I was placed on the 9th floor but the elevator only goes to the 8th floor. Having to travel down with suitcases was a challenge as there was not enough persons on staff to quickly help. There was no telephone in my room so I was not able to easily access the front desk for any reason. Room was decent. Jacuzzi was outside on a partially covered balcony. Bathroom was small. It would have been more usable if I had hot water.
