Amazing
Pros:

I loved how close it was to get to everything and you were able to ask for help at any hour!

Cons:

I don’t think it’s specific to this location but there was nothing open near by and I got in late and I had to walk a couple blocks to get some food. Not a big deal

Pros:

Hormis le personnel qui était sympathique, tout le reste manquait de professionnalisme.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre double et nous avons été installé dans une petite chambre avec un lit de 140.
Le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas ce qui pose d’énormes problèmes si l’on veut programmer ou organiser son voyage futur.
L’hôtel est joli avec des cours intérieur, mais cette agencement fait que les chambres deviennent hyper bruyante et il est difficile d’être au calme.
Seul le petit déjeuner mérite un intérêt, mais comme un peu dans beaucoup d’autres hôtels.

Pros:

El personal fue super atento en la reception y en el desayuno. Fuimos muy bien recibidos con te de coca( fue nuestra primera noche en cusco)

El desayuno fue delicioso,habia de todo

Pudimos llenar nuestras botellas con agua en la reception.

Cons:

Que no habia ventana pero no fue problema:)

El personal fue muy servicial y atento con nosotros.

Cons:

Pedimos una habitación con 2 camas dobles para 4 personas. La habitación fue demasiado incómoda para 4 personas. No teníamos espacio para caminar porque no había espacio donde poner las maletas. La primera noche había calefacción encendida e hizo un calor que no nos permitió dormir. Al día siguiente hablamos en recepeción para pedir un ventilador y nos prestaron un ventilador, lo cual apreciamos mucho pero este ventilador no servía de mucho. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y pudimos dormir más cómodos.

Nice enough hotel for the money but be warned they will slap a 10% service surcharge on top of the confirmed rate.
Pros:

The box breakfast and the bed.

Cons:

They charge a 10% surcharge that is not included in the prices when searching on booking.com which is unreasonable.

Pros:

All the place, stay and food

Cons:

Its really hard to communicate with the front desk if you are not in the hotel. The phone number has to be available if some emergency occur.
