Great staff, nice facilities
Pros:

Really nice facilities both in the room and the wider hotel. The staff were especially helpful, letting us store our bags prior to our stay when we were doing a trek amongst other things. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great with a wide selection.

Cons:

There is quite a lot of noise transfer from the communal atrium areas to the rooms due to the layout of the hotel. It's also a little bit of a walk from the main square.

La habitación amplia, la limpieza, las instalaciones en general.
El desayuno continental muy completo.

Cons:

La habitación triple quedaba en el ultimo piso (4), los radiadores se encienden tarde 19 hs, era muy muy fría, habia un pequeño calefactor eléctrica pero que no llegaba a calefaccionar.

Kind staff in a noisy hotel
Pros:

Este hotel está a poca distancia de la plaza principal. Es moderno, construido y decorado al estilo tradicional. Se mantiene impecablemente. El personal es muy amable y está muy bien capacitado. Me ayudaron especialmente cuando empecé a sufrir mal de altura. 

Cons:

El principal inconveniente de este hotel es que está construido alrededor de dos atrios y en la planta baja se encuentra el restaurante, que abre de 5:00 a 21:00. El ruido afecta a todas las habitaciones.
