Cons:

Fire alarm went off multiple times one night making sleeping difficult. The heat did not come on until 5:00 pm and I was cold. No flexibility around getting heat earlier was problematic.

Propreté, superficie des chambres ( variable suivant les chambres), personnel a l'ecoute, , salle de bains europeanisee, petit dejeuner varié et copieux

Personnel non fluent en anglais ( ce qui amene parfois a des discussions longues pour se faire comprendre)

Se esfuerzan por complacer y lo cumplen!!

La gente qué trabaja aquí es muy amable, Mery en el desayuno super atenta a cada detalle, muy muy limpio, decoración linda que hace que el lugar sea acogedor, excelente ropa de cama, colchones y almohadas comodisimas, buen Internet, desayuno buffet con variadas opciones muy sabrosas.. Me gustó mucho hospedarme aquí y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Para llegar desde la plaza de armas la calles están en subida, un poco cansado si tienen problemas de movilidad o dificultad para caminar.
