Pros:

Staff were incredibly supportive, especially while one of us experienced altitude sickness.
They provided us with oxygen and tea.
The hotel is located in an ideal place, just 10 minutes from the main square.
The room was clean and it had everything we needed.
They even offered to store our baggage while we went on our excursions.

Good location but would never stay there again considering windows

Windows, come on this hotel is a joke, we changed rooms twice a they allways gave us rooms with windows 0,1x0,1 cm. This is a high alltitide city, which means you want more fresh air a not the lack of it.

Отель очень уютный, чистый, немножко старенький, но соответствует цена=качество. Завтрак был хороший, относительно того что предлагают в ЛА. Предоставили breakfast box в день ранней экскурсии. Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от центральной площади Plasa de Armas, центральной улицы Av.de Sol, от рынка San Pedro. Персонал вежливый. Есть отопление в номере

La amabilidad sobretodo del personal del desayuno, y el mismo desayuno espectacular y el baño también con mucho detalle.

Friendly/helpful staff - ok for a short stay !
Pros:

Good location - 10 minute walk down to the main square. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Good breakfast included. We only stayed here for 1 night at the end of our stay but it seems as though they have good facilities for offering help with trips etc and offer free oxygen and coca tea.

Cons:

The windows in all of the rooms look out on to the corridor so we felt like we had to close our curtains at all times. We also booked 2 rooms for ourselves and for a family member, both the same type of room for the same price but our family member’s room was much larger with a lot of space, whereas ours was a small space.
