No me hospedé, el lugar no era como las fotos y sitio no es seguro nos dijo el taxi
The place is a few blocks from Cusco center but not a bad 5-10min walk. hotel was nice and room was good. If you are looking for it on your GPS put Hostel Qori Punku not Ayendo. Do not ask the lady to get you a taxi she will charge more for a commission to her pocket That was the only thing that I didnt appreciate everything else was good.
I reserved this hotel prior to entering the country and the 2 week period that I was going to be in Peru was high travel time for Peruvians. When I arrived to the hotel the lady working there said they didn’t have a reservation. She called another lady who I assumed was some type of management who said they were suppose to block off the dates from being reserved on hotels.com. She then tells me they have a room available at another hostel nearby which. I declined and I didn’t want a hostel vs a hotel. I think had to book a complete last minute reservation at a peak travel time at a much more expensive hotel in cusco. This was a nightmare of an ordeal and the hotel should have blocked off the dates they didn’t want to rent out.
I don't recommend using this hotel or hostel. While taking the typical Cusco tours, I stayed there for 4 nights. The staff were helpful, especially the elderly man who got up in the middle of the night to let us in and out.
The linens in the double room were always unclean and covered in hairs. The cleaning staff only made the bed. No toiletries were provided, and the floors were never cleaned.
Just don’t stay here. There are so many options in Cusco for various budgets, so find something else.
It is more like a hotel because I didn't share with anyone else, however my breakfast wasn't included when I asked for it when app states it is. Area is pretty far and lonesome, bathroom wasn't cleaned daily, I could see toothpaste spread on walls prior me using it. Loved the fact they would leave tea for me to drink at night. Would appreciate if they could offer kitchen service daily for longer period of time or at least to not go out for food.
