Lujo sencillo
Pros:

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, es muy lindo en general.

Cons:

El calentador principal aunque estaba ahí, no funcionaba. Afortunadamente había uno portátil. Es indispensable la calefacción en la habitación.

Perfecto para unos días en Cusco.
Pros:

Súper buena relación calidad precio. No está ubicado en el centro pero es un paseo de 10 min y casi que se agradece para salir un poco del bullicio. El personal es muy atento y amable. Los desayunos están muy ricos y son variados, además te preparan un pequeño box si te vas de excursión pronto. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y están muy limpias. Tienen smart tv. Al no estar en el centro los buses de las excursiones pueden pasar a buscarte por la puerta. Tienen servicio de lavandería a muy buen precio.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es q nos tocó una habitación al lado de la recepción y se oía un poco el ruido al entrar y salir pero el resto todo perfecto.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff here are fantastic. Dani and Osvaldo really made my trip. Dani was really fun to talk and even helped me with advice on my trip to Machu Picchu. I was able to get a permit to visit because of his advice! My room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was clean and easy to use. The breakfast was great with made to order eggs and lots of things to choose from. I especially loved warming up my bread in the panini press. All day tea and water was a great resource to have. It was too cold to use the courtyard but it was beautiful to look at. I was also about a 15 minute walk from the main plaza.

Cons:

I actually have noting bad to say about this place. My brother stayed at the more expensive Hampton Inn two doors down and regretted it. The Saska Boutique Hotel was way better and half the price.

Pros:

Nossa experiência foi muito além das nossas expectativas! Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e muito bem organizados. O café da manhã oferece uma grande variedade de opções e tudo estava muito bem preparado.
Toda a equipe está de parabéns, são extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e sempre preocupados em oferecer o melhor atendimento aos hóspedes.
Eu e minha esposa ficamos muito satisfeitos com a experiência e super recomendamos o hotel. Com certeza, voltaremos!

Experiência fantástica
Pros:

A estadia foi excelente. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Além disso, o hotel é bonito, bem organizado, o quarto extremamente confortável. Recomendo muito.

Pros:

Tolles kleines Hotel mit geräumigen und gemütlichen Zimmern, welches etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen ist. Die Distanz kann man aber ohne Probleme zu Fuß gehen. Starkes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Frühstück und außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal.

Personnel très sympathique !
Pros:

Le personnel est extrémement sympatique. Il y a une fontaine à eau ainsi que la possibilité de se faire des thés au coca inclus dans la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. La chambre est grande et confortable.

Cons:

Le mitigeur de la douche fonctionnait mal, passant du très chaud au froid en quelques secondes.
Les salles de bain sont communicantes par l’aération, si bien que l’on entend les voisins aux toilettes.
