Funcionarios maravilhosos..Mirian quebrou meu galho e emprestou 100 soles que precisava para um passeio. Quarto tem bom espaço. O aquecedor é um toque especial..muito bom. Chuveiro é ótimo. Banheiro bom espaço.

Our room was close to reception, and the doors weren’t sound proof. So we heard some noise during the night

Schönes Hotel, bequemes Bett, saubere moderne Zimmer und Badezimmer, Wasser und Kaffee/Tee jederzeit und gratis. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Früchten. Gute Heizung, freundliche Angestellte, Hilfsbereiter Service auch bei Exkursionen, einfach prima!
Klimaanlage im Lift😂
Sehr gute Lage. Trotz der Hauptstraße davor war es relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer sind wirklich sehr sehr schön.
Das Frühstück ist leider extrem mager. An 2 von 4 Tagen haben wir es gar nicht in Anspruch genommen. Ohne Frühstück wäre es wohl eine 10 von 10.
The overall stay was excellent the staff, the room, the cleanliness everything was fabulous.
The location was just a bit out of the main tourist part of Cusco meaning it was quiet at night but you could still easily walk to the main square in a few minutes.
We had two stays at the hotel pre and post Salkantay/ Machu Picchu hike. They stored our luggage during this time which was handy.
The first room we liked the least. The bed was very hard the bathroom had a bad smell that came and went. The curtains were very thin and the room faced east so the sun was very bright every morning. The second room was far different the bed was comfortable no smell and a south facing room meant it was a little darker in the room making it easier to sleep. The TV Netflix connection also worked in this room.
Breakfast was included and it was one of the best we’ve had on this trip. Great selection hot and cold options.

The staff were amazing! So helpful and patient with our lack of Spanish. They offered packed lunches when we had tours and assisted us will all our enquiries.
The bed was a little firm for our liking and the rooms were very light if you need a dark room to sleep

Attention porte d’entrée de la chambre qui n’est pas totalement étanche au bruit, mais c’est assez courant au Pérou.
Rooms are very clean and spatious, bathroom is good as well. Location is not the worst (10~15 minute walk from main plaza)
Staff is confuse and not really helpful. They say they have snack boxes for your attractions, but none was offered to us.
Also, the only “bad side” about this place is the poor aucustic in the rooms. The hotel is located right next to a restaurant that throws parties every other day, and it is impossible to sleep with the loudness…
