Pros:

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Area is not the best one though, at night doesnt feel safe however the hotel is nice and 24h reception open

Great location, so-so facilities
Pros:

The location was great. 15 minutes walk to main square, shopping and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Peru and Inca rails if going to Machu Pichu. 4 minute walk to train stop.

Cons:

Bad was shower door was broken and water always leaked out. We as just installed slanted. Brought to attention but nothing happened. Had 9 towels when we checked in. After maids cleaned we had only 2 towels. Mentioned to front desk especially since I needed to put many on the floor due to shower leak. Lady at front said she would take care of it. Went out all day, came back and only 2 towels. Asked kadybat front desk and she brushed me off to guy working there and he brought right away.

Shower takes about 10 minutes for hot water to start coming so be patient. Heat in the room is useless son e prepared for cooler evenings.

I had such a lovely stay at Saska Boutique Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. What made the experience truly special, though, was the kindness of the staff.
Carlos at reception was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made everything so easy during my stay. Miguel, the night porter, was also very kind and welcoming. His friendly presence in the evenings made returning to the hotel feel especially pleasant and safe.
The housekeeping team were fantastic – the rooms were always spotless and very, very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and a great way to start the day.
Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. I truly felt well looked after and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Close to the station

Cons:

We arrived at 9pm, but the room was not cleaned yet, we waited for half an hour to get in check. What even worse was still food scraps on the cup , the showergel was empty, the room was just located by the reception and so it’s very noisy , we can hear everyone talking at lobby in the early morning and night.
