Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Keep in mind that the second entrance to get to the hotel is through Carretera a Sacsayhuaman and crossing the San Cristóbal temple.

Que si bien queda cerca a la plaza este se ubicacion en una pendiente para llegar al hotel caminando no lo recomiendo para mayores de edad

Pros:

Nice hotel. Lots of interesting areas. It is a steep climb up from the town but ubers are cheap and quick. There was not a fridge in the room which is something I have taken for granted in brazil.

Cons:

Fui muito mau tratado pela gerência do hotel , atendimento pésimo! Café da manhã simples , acomodação igual que qualquer hotel simples , o preço está caro para as instalações! Nas fotos vendem algo r quando vc chega e diferente , além d isso não tem táxis que desejem levar pois o local e de acesso difícil e se o táxi te leva cobram caro e não tem !
Pésimo lugar e os donos ainda mais !

El hotel queda relativamente cerca de la plaza de armas de cusco, pero había que caminar un tramo empinado (un taxi desde la plaza 10 soles)

Pros:

A disponibilidade de água quente para banho.

Cons:

O café da manhã é um pão duro com ovo esfarelado.
Na cidade tem disponibilidade de frutas da época e tem preço acessível mas não disponibilizam.
O travesseiro não é confortável o colchão para mim é muito macio.
O hotel ofereceu pacotes de passeios para diversos pontos turísticos, muito desorganizado não anotaram corretamente os dias e horários que estavam reservando. Houve diversos desencontros de horários, data errada de passeio e passeio não realizado porque deixaram a gente.
Os guias sempre correndo não deixava a gente contemplar o ambiente, os passeios saiam tarde e chegamos em vários lugares quase fechando.
A alimentação que estava incluída levaram para restaurante que não comportava o número de turistas, com isso as refeições estavam ruim que geraram infecção intestinal.
Não recomendo fechar passeios com eles.
