Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Keep in mind that the second entrance to get to the hotel is through Carretera a Sacsayhuaman and crossing the San Cristóbal temple.

Servicio cordial del personal, amanda excelente anfitriona nos ayudo en todas nuestras consultas

Cons:

El hotel queda relativamente cerca de la plaza de armas de cusco, pero había que caminar un tramo empinado (un taxi desde la plaza 10 soles)

Pros:

A disponibilidade de água quente para banho.

Cons:

O café da manhã é um pão duro com ovo esfarelado.
Na cidade tem disponibilidade de frutas da época e tem preço acessível mas não disponibilizam.
O travesseiro não é confortável o colchão para mim é muito macio.
O hotel ofereceu pacotes de passeios para diversos pontos turísticos, muito desorganizado não anotaram corretamente os dias e horários que estavam reservando. Houve diversos desencontros de horários, data errada de passeio e passeio não realizado porque deixaram a gente.
Os guias sempre correndo não deixava a gente contemplar o ambiente, os passeios saiam tarde e chegamos em vários lugares quase fechando.
A alimentação que estava incluída levaram para restaurante que não comportava o número de turistas, com isso as refeições estavam ruim que geraram infecção intestinal.
Não recomendo fechar passeios com eles.

Hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã muito bom. Único ponto negativo é a subida bem ingrime. Com os dias vai cansando bastante

La hermosa casa escondida de la cima.

La limpieza y la atención, era acogedor y muy lindo todo, 5 estrellas

Para mí que fui con mi pequeña la ubicación no se me hacía fácil por qué era una cuesta muy larga, pero si hubiera ido sola no me daba problema.

Das Hotel liegt super, oben am Berg, wir hatten einen super schönen Ausblick, das Zimmer war toll, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Señora Amanda. Wir konnten direkt im Hotel Touren buchen, Rudolfo hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht und uns für einen guten Preis sehr interessante Touren vermittelt. Preis-Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist super, saubere Zimmer, es gab jederzeit Tee und Wasser

Cons:

Nach dem duschen steht das ganze Bad immer unter Wasser und läuft nicht ab. Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut. Außerdem riecht das Reinigungsmittel/Duftstäbe im Bad streng (für uns unangenehm) nach Papaya

My stay in Cusco was Amazing, thanx to this hotel and the people that work there. The hotel is clean and the service is amazing. Especially Rodolfo who helped me with a lot of things. I can definitely recommend this hotel! It is clean , the rooms are nice and as i mentioned the personnel is very very friendly.

Buen hotel, acceso peatonal difícil.
Pros:

Buenos desayunos, el hotel tiene una sala central cómoda donde había infusiones calientes sin costo todo el tiempo. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

A pesar de que no está tan lejos de la plaza, el acceso a pie es muy difícil ya que hay que subir una cuesta muy inclinada para llegar. No había señal de cable y por más que se esforzaron no pudieron solucionarlo.
