L'hôtel est légèrement en dehors du centre historique mais les transports sont bon marché et L'hôtel offre une belle vue notamment depuis le restaurant (attention le nombre de chambres avec vue est très limité). A pied il faut moins de 20 minutes pour se retrouver dans les rues les plus touristiques.
L'hôtel est propre et moderne mais les chambres ne disposent pas de chauffage par défaut ; toutefois on peut demander un chauffage électrique d'appoint. Rappelons que les nuits sont très froides à Cuzco compte tenu de l'altitude.
La taille de chambre était suffisante et les lits confortables.

Honestly for the price we paid, nothing .. the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, but these are the fundermental basics and I wish we'd stayed somewhere more central for more than half the price
We booked a room with a bath as we'd just completed the Salkantay trek over five days and we were sore and wanted to relax and soak in a bath.
We checked in and handed the keys, arrive to the room, no bath. Went down to reception and asked, ill admit there was a language barrier which is as much our problem as the teams, however the result was the receptionist needed to check with her manager, so we went to the restaurant in the hotel.
While eating I recieved a message from someone presumably the manager, saying a room with a bath isn't possible this evening however and to quote:
" To help resolve the situation and make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have decided to move you to a room with a jacuzzi for tomorrow and the following night, at no additional cost."
The messages also essentially blamed us for not understanding how to use booking.com, so I sent a screenshot of the filters we used and what was advertised back, at which point the tone changed and we were offered the upgrade.
The next morning we take our things downstairs where the manager (apologies I didnt grab his name, so I will have to keep referring to as the manager" was waiting for us, and explained that unfortunately there was still no room available with a bath, however, they were happy to upgrade us to a room with a balcony.
My partner Ellie and I were contemplating leaving, however the manager offered us complementary laundry servicd which was a huge help as we had to take all our clothes into the center of Cusco to get cleaned, we.took them up on this and decided to stay.
The next morning, we recieve our laundry, and two of our T-Shirts have been damaged and shrunk ...
On top of this, the hotel was advertised on booking.com as been central, it was a half an hour walk to the center, im sorry but thats not central.
Struttura accogliente e pulita, posizione discreta, il centro raggiungibile con i mezzi locali o una lunga passeggiata a piedi. Colazione ottima.

el poco aislamiento de ruido que tienen las habitaciones, se escucha todo, esta alejado del centro, requiere de taxi.
Excelente ubicación, Buenos acabados cama muy cómoda. Atención del personal muy buena. Calidad precio top. Agua caliente sin esperas.
Tal vez las colchas bastante pesadas. El desayuno un poco justo.
Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind angenehm groß und bieten viel Platz.

Die Heizung sorgt auch bei kühleren Temperaturen für ein angenehmes Raumklima.
Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Heilige Tal. Für einen Besuch der Altstadt ist sie hingegen weniger ideal.
Das Mittagessen wurde lediglich lauwarm serviert.
Das Wasser in den Duschen war am Morgen nur lauwarm und hätte deutlich wärmer sein können.
Beim Frühstück fehlte ein Toaster, sodass Brot und Brötchen nicht getoastet werden konnten.
One thing I took for granted on my first stay here but came to appreciate after a quick stay in Aguas Calientes: their wifi is very reliable and fast. Good breakfast too. Better room than the last, 5th floor was ideal for the view and noise. Great laundry service too. Bed more comfy than previous room.
Lighting - could have a bedside lamp on each side instead of just the one or dimmable ceiling lamps. As it is now, you're either in the dark or blinded by bright blueish LEDs. Shower very cold but let the water run for 5+ mins and it eventually got hot.
Nice view, if you don't get a 2nd floor room with electrical wires in the way. Nice breakfast, staff accommodating and helpful, the best. They also keep excess luggage during a short machu picchu weekend.
Showers not always hot (50-50), very noisy (can hear everything from neighboring rooms, the restroom, or the restaurant upstairs if you have a 6th floor room... or the street), bed wasn't a king size at all despite being advertised as one (halfway between double sized and queen), and it wasn't even an actual bed but 2 sort-of ottomans pushed together. Lighting was subpar, stuck between retina-searing bright-blue LEDs or a single nightstand lamp, no in-between. Our room had a plug-in heater that was difficult to set right, and the heat would never reach the bathroom which was always freezing due to some poorly insulated window inside. The cold shower days were made even WORSE by the freezing bathroom, painful really.
