Очень чисто, дружелюбный персонал. Всегда есть бесплатный термос с кипятком и чай от горной болезни. Прекрасный вид на город.

Cons:

Далековато от центра и довольно высоко - после прогулок пешком возвращаться в гору не хочется и приходится ездить на такси.

Maravilhosa! Recomendo muito
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Chegamos antes do horário do check-in e nos deixaram ficar no quarto, tomamos café da manhã (delicioso inclusive). Jantamos uma noite lá mesmo, comida muito boa!. Além da localização perto do centro, a vista maravilhosa da cidade, cama confortável, chuveiro bom.. enfim, nenhuma reclamação, só elogios!

Em uma das noites chegamos ao hotel, tocamos a companhia e depois de diversos minutos do lado de fora um hóspede abriu pra gente. Situação muito desagradável

Great stay!!
Pros:

My husband and i enjoyed our stay at the Ayni Cusco hotel very much. This is a brand new hotel and everything was awesome!! The staff was very nice, speaking good English and they were prompt to any of our requests and very helpful in everything we needed. The breakfast was provided to us an early in the morning for our early morning 4 am trip in the bags and we were so grateful for that. The breakfast was also delicious with many options. The water was warm and the room and bathrooms were clean very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and from the breakfast area very much!! Also, the most important for us was that the area was quiet and we have got a good quality of sleep every night. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will certainly come back.

Que contase con agua caliente y ascensor

Cons:

No tenía televisión local, el desayuno bufete no era variado, no contaba con frío bar, la limpieza no era del todo buena. No me pareció que me cobrasen el igv adicional al solicitar factura.

Super comfortable with a fabulous brekkie
Pros:

Great staff and fabulous breakfast. Situated on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. The reception girls couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotlessly clean and bed cosy comfortable. Excellent value.
