Centrally located. Great breakfast. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They even prepared a breakfast “to go” the day we went to Rainbow mountain since we were going to leave super early. I would definitely go back!

Superfreundliche Gastgeber, sie haben sich um alles gekümmert und hatten Tipps parat. Tolles individuelles Frühstück (man muss allerdings schon am Abend vorher anmelden, was man haben möchte). Das Zimmer war klein, aber alles war vorhanden. Es gab auch einen Elektroheizofen, der bei der Kälte bitter nötig war. Internet top, TV top.
Das Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufenthalts/Eingangsbereich und der Rezeption und hatte ein großes Fenster dorthin. Nur durch den Vorhang "getrennt" war ein komisches Gefühl.
The Staff were incredible. So friendly and accommodating. I loved my bedroom, the tv and the ease at which I was able to access my Netflix account. the bedding was warm and I was so comfortable. I loved that there was a microwave so I could heat up my food and coffee. the morning breakfast was delicious and the fruit salads were divine! coffee - out of this world!
there's not much that I didnt like. everything was of great standard and quality. It was the only hotel that I stayed in during my entire 3 week stay in cusco.

Hotel simples. Café da manhã justo a La carte com ovo, café, fruta, pão, manteiga, iogurte. Sem suco.
Não é tão perto da praça central. Uns 700m. Tive dificuldades com muito barulho e luz pela noite e manhã. Quartos não tem janela, ficam todos virados para recepção com bastante barulho de entrada e saída de hóspedes.
Não tem aquecedor para o frio de Cusco. Cobertas são quentes, mas quarto fica muito frio. Chuveiro não fica suficientemente quente à noite.
Travesseiro duro. Pior de tudo, me cobraram 90 soles pela toalha que sujei de maquiagem. Nunca me aconteceu isso em um hotel… negociei dar um nova e comprei na cidade por 28 soles.
Os funcionários são o ponto alto da hospedagem. São excepcionais na cortesia. O café da manhã é excelente!
O hotel é bem simples como falei. As acomodações são funcionais e extremamente limpas. Melhorar alguns ítens para deixar o quarto um pouco mais aconchegante seria desejado.

The staff was amazing! I don't speak a lot of spanish, but they were very patient with me, and always very friendly! The breakfast was yummy (fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs, and coffee or tea. I had an early morning tour and they gave me a banana and bottled water to hold me over until the tour group ate breakfast. They were willing to let me have a late checkout and assisted me in getting transportation from and to the airport.
The only downside was there was no hair dryer, but I didn't mind at all. I still would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
Close to downtown
Very cold and my room was near the front office. Only a large glass window separated we from all the noise. I was kept up until after midnight and was woken up at 5 am. I had to use three blankets to try and stay warm!!
Noa sentimos como en casa. Gracias a Agusta quien los recibio y atendio muy bien. Nos preparo un desayuno muy rico y muy temprano, dado que teniamos que salir a un tour. El lugar es muy limpio y tranquilo, la ubicación muy buena.
