Nett, freundlich und sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker, die Lage ausgezeichnet, sehr nah an Zentrum. Wir hatten auch ruhige Momente im Hotel und konnten online arbeiten. Das Personal war sehr entgegen kommend, auf Nachfrage konnten wir auch das Gepäck unterstellen. Sie haben uns auch wertvolle Informationen vermittelt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte man ein extra Licht beim Schreibtisch anbringen um besser zu arbeiten. Auch im Badezimmer ist sehr wenig Platz im Sachen abzustellen.

Literalmente como en casa

La ubicación es genial, está cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila, pero desde luego lo que más nos gustó con diferencia fue el trato! Todas las personas que trabajan ahí (desde la propietaria, como el equipo de recepción, de limpieza, ...) han sido espléndidos. Nos trataron como si fuésemos un miembro más de la familia, siempre preguntando nuestros planes para saber en qué nos podían ayudar y qué recomendarnos. Dándonos consejos para evitar el mal de altura, evitar que se nos estropee el día por el mal tiempo e incluso evitar las típicas estafas de turistas. 100% recomendaré este sitio a cualquier amigo o familiar que tenga que ir a Cusco.

This hotel is a fairly quick walk to the Plaza de Armas where shops, restaurants and sightseeing abounds. The staff were absolutely lovely, the hotel is spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel doesn't have a lot of amenities but has nice hot showers, is quiet, has a desk in the room and good WiFi. It's great value for the money.
