Pros:

We booked this place because it was a 6 minutes walk to San Pedro train station to Machu Picchu. It was next to the market too and close to de San Francisco street. It’s about 5 blocks to central Cusco where we would get dropped off from our tours, which was great, because we can explore more as we walk back to our hostel. There were also many mom and pop restaurants around the corner for around $6-$7 Peruvian sols.

I guess it’s common in Cusco- the water is just warm, not hot. The water does get shut off at night time. You have to take a shower before it shuts off!! We stay there for 4 nights. The price was great for us. Breakfast was sweet corn cereals in a bag, crackers, and a banana for us as we had to get up early(3:50-4am) for out excursions for 3 days. Most excursions provided breakfast and lunch. The service was good as we speak little Spanish. We used Google translate to communicate. We love this app, because you just press the conversation bottom and talk in English and it will translate in Spanish with sound too.
