The café is a real bonus, the staff was flexible, thank you

Cons:

The room we first got was more than disappointing, if we knew it was so cold and dark, we never have booked it. After we communicated our problem, the staff offered us 2 cup of tea, they gave us another room for the second night. The shower was moderate warm/not cold but not hot either.

Pros:

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Sempre me ajudaram com minhas dúvidas. O hotel fica a uns 10 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico
É simples porém limpo e organizado. Recomendo.

Cons:

O fato de não ter uma toalha de chão no banheiro e uma parte alta da parede é de vidro, o que incomoda pra quem tem problema com claridade para dormir, pois não há uma cortina nessa parte

Pros:

Helpful staff and comfy beds with hot showers. We were able to store our bags and use the common areas when we arrived early from a night bus and staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square but in a nice area and near the san blas market. There are 4 floors with no lift but easily manageable.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Wir kamen mit dem Nachtbus an, bekamen zur Begrüßung direkt einen Tee und konnten sogar vor der Check-in Zeit in unser Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte aus unterschiedlichen Optionen wählen. Es ist einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hauptplatz entfernt.

I was pleased with my stay. I would return.
Pros:

It's a quieter part of San Blas, but not too far to walk to Plaza San Blas and Plaza Mayor. I like the attached cafe as well.

Cons:

The noise from the Cafe echoes through the entire hotel, from 7am to closing time at approx. 10pm. The staff in the restaurant seem to be disorganized and inefficient.
