Muy buena
Pros:

Las chicas de recepción son muy amables , muy cordiales , las empanadas de la cafetería deliciosas recomendadas , es muy cerca a la plaza san Blas (zona de restaurantes a buen precio ) y muy cerca a la zona turística

las cortinas muy transparentes.. seria bueno poner una cortina plisada, la puerta de baño, se le esta cayendo las bisagras y la goteras del lavabo.

Acolhida sensacional
Pros:

O hotel me surpreendeu! Desde minha chegada até minha partida fui muito bem acolhido por todos. Todos os colaboradores são extremamente atenciosos, principalmente a Ruth, que trabalha na recepção, uma pessoa sensacional.
O chá de coca na recepção é uma acolhida a parte.
A cafeteria anexa ao hotel é fantástica, com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas.

Cons:

No quarto em que eu fiquei, a janela dá para o ambiente do café, tendo bastante barulho durante o funcionamento da cafeteria. A outra janela que dá para a rua possui cortinas muito finas que não impedem a claridade de entrar.

Highly recommend above the tourist area

The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is also

Pros:

The location is close enough of a walk to the main sights but far enough that you're in a cheaper and more quiet part of town. As with most places in Cusco, there is an abundance of shopping and food around. It's also close to a local market with great sandwiches and a proper little supermarket with cheap goods. Pharmacy and laundry and stuff around it too. The staff were nice and attentive and helpful. There's a convenient cafe built into the place though I probably wouldn't eat there. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and not too hot. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Cons:

there is poor sound insulation so you can hear what is happening either on the street or in the courtyard. They had a phone that was ringing or a doorbell at 4am in the morning fairly often so that disrupted sleep. Getting out at 4am in the morning for a tour needs to be arranged with the hotel cos they lock you in at night.
