Pros:

Chuveiro ótimo e funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

Instalações com problemas de infiltração pingando água em algumas mesas onde servem o café da manhã;

Good but Inconsistent
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

I stayed here on two different occasions. I booked one night, then left for a night to Aguas Calientes, then came back and stayed for 3 nights. I was surprised at the difference in the rooms. I loved my room the first night. Really comfortable bedding, great shower, nice view out my window. Then when I stayed for 3 nights I was in a room with no outside window, less comfortable beds and bedding, and on my last night I barely had a warm shower. I'd like to see more consistency across the accommodations.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed every moment. Patty is an incredibly kind host, always quick to respond and so helpful with everything we needed. She made us feel welcome from the start, and communication was easy throughout. The location is also amazing, and it made exploring the area so convenient. We would definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you, Patty!
