Excelente atención al huésped
Pros:

Excelente atención, la joven Alison nos atendió de manera ESPECTACULAR, ella si sabe lo que es la atención al cliente, la habitación limpia h acorde a lo ofrecido a través de la plataforma, el café que tienen abajo muy delicioso, en resumen todo estuvo muy bien pero lejos lo mejor fue la atención de Alison, deberían darle un aumento de sueldo a la muchacha

Solo recomendaría que incluyan aire acondicionada en las habitaciones pero no es una queja es una sugerencia

La posizione leggermente defilata dal centro è un gran vantaggio per riposare lontano dalla confusione di Cusco.
Un plauso speciale al receptionist di notte: oltre ad averci dato la stanza al nostro arrivo da Puno con largo anticipo, ci ha letteralmente salvato il viaggio! Quando un'agenzia non si è presentata per l'escursione alla Montagna dei Sette Colori, ci ha trovato all'ultimo minuto due posti per la Valle Sacra, permettendoci di proseguire il nostro itinerario.
La camera è ampia, comoda per sistemare tutti i bagagli e dotata di stufa su richiesta per le notti fredde. La zona è inoltre comodissima per la presenza di lavanderie express nelle vicinanze

Cons:

Unica nota di miglioramento: la colazione potrebbe avere una scelta po' più ricca.

The hotel wasn't as well-organized as I had expected.
Pros:

Alisson, one of the staff members, had a lovely smile and handled everything we asked for with care. When we asked for a recommendation for a laundry shop, she went out of her way to go and find out its opening hours for us, since we didn't know them. Her smile really enhanced our impression of this hotel.

Alisson, una de las empleadas, tenía una sonrisa encantadora y atendió todas nuestras peticiones con mucha amabilidad. Cuando le pedimos que nos recomendara una lavandería, se tomó la molestia de averiguar su horario, ya que no lo sabíamos. Su sonrisa sin duda mejoró nuestra impresión del hotel.

Cons:

We booked two rooms, but one of them, which was originally booked with three beds, had one bed replaced with a double bed. As a result, a man and a woman (not a couple) ended up sharing the other twin room. It seems the hotel made the change without our consent.
The evening reception mistakenly charged us a tax that doesn't apply to foreigners. We investigated and complained later, but it was too late, and we were told to go to the customs office ourselves to claim it. We eventually got a refund, but we would have been deeply resentful if we hadn't complained.　The restaurant takes way too long to prepare breakfast.

Excelente ubicación, a 15 minutos caminando del Centro. Cerca hay tienda, restaurantes, farmacia, lavandería. El personal sumamente atento y amigable. El cuarto es cómodo.
