Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience at Casa Matara. They made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were helpful with restaurants suggestions and providing directions. The breakfast was incredible. I would highly recommend Casa Matara to anyone.

Pros:

Staff was super polite and genuinely kind. All the facilities and the room was very clean. The shower was nice and hot.
One morning we had to leave at 5.00 to go to Rainbkw mountain so they prepared a small sandwich, fruits and water to take with us.

מיקום טוב חדר נקי מיטה נוחה צוות משפחתי ונחמד לסייע

לעלות כל יום כמה פעמים 30 מדרגות המעלית לא עבדה. הכי גרוע שלא היו מים חמים במקלחת וגם למים פושרים חיכינו 10 דקות שיגיעו. ארוחת הבוקר מדודה מאד בסיסית ומרגיש קמצני. היינו צריכות לבקש כל יום נייר טואלט לחדר. מגבות ישנות וסמרטוט ריצפה במקלחת בגודל קטנטן.
הבת לא הרגישה טוב בגובה (הייתה לה מחלת גבהים) ולכן נאלצנו לעזוב מוקדם יותר. פעם ראשונה בחיים שזה קורה לנו מזה 25 שנים של שימוש בבוקינג. אז קיבלנו קנס לשלם 90$ נוסף מבלי שהיינו במלון. הם תחילה ביקשו תשלום 141$ אבל התווכחנו והורידו למחיר שכתוב לביטול בבוקינג.

Estupendo sitio para alojarse en Cuzco! El personal es muy amable, nos preparaban el desayuno para las excursiones y son muy agradables y atentos. El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo! Muchas gracias!

El personal muy agradable. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación amplia y limpia y cama cómoda. Baño amplio

No había ascensor, aunque lo están poniendo ya. Pasamos algo de frío de noche aunque nos dieron mantas extra.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリーです。朝ごはんは手作りで出してくれます。フルーツやパンなど十分なボリュームでした。お部屋は清潔です。1泊でマチュピチュに行く際は荷物を預かってくれました。広場及びカテドラルまで徒歩10分くらいです。近辺はコンビニやスーパーマーケット、レストラン豊富です。夜も人通り多く、治安面で特に不安はありませんでした。

Cons:

計3泊しましたが、そのうち1泊の夜シャワーが冷たく勢いが弱いときがありました。30分程待っても改善せず、入浴できる温度ではないためフロントに相談しましたが、他の部屋でも同じ状況とのことでした。とても良いホテルだったのて今後の改善に期待します！

ロケーション、レセプションでの対応の良さ、ホスピタリティがある。部屋の清潔さ、広さ、朝早かったのですが、朝食のサンドウィッチとフルーツなど用意してくれた。また体調が悪かった時も薬やお茶で親切に対応してくれた。
