Lovely but bring ear plugs!

We had no hot water the first day and our room was not at all sound proof… could hear other rooms, people in hallway, people in lobby very well.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights while in Cusco and we left our suitcase while we went and did the Salkantay trek. On return we stayed another 3 nights. It was coming home. Can't rate them enough. Beautiful boutique hotel & beautiful people. The small touches just made our stay. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious 😋
Would recommend anyone that wants to have a great stay in Cusco, stay here 😁

Capricho e aconchego
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores, o café da manhã preparado por eles e servido na mesa é uma delícia!!
O quarto é amplo e confortável. A localização é boa, próximo aos pontos turísticos e casas de câmbio. Quando tivemos passeio muito cedo deixaram um pacote com frutas, pães e água para levaramos. Volatria com certeza!!

The location is very central. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable with a nice view of the city. I wish we had time to stay longer.

Voltaria e ficaria de novo neste hotel.
Pros:

Chegamos por volta das 23 horas e fomos recebidos pela Carmem, que é super simpática e nos acomodou prontamente em nossos respectivos quartos.

O quarto e o banheiro estavam muito bem higienizados, a cama era confortável e o ambiente silencioso.

O café da manhã, típico do Peru, é simples, mas muito gostoso.

A Carmem nos orientou sobre os principais pontos turísticos, farmácias e restaurantes da região, o que foi muito útil durante nossa estadia.

O hotel também conta com elevador, o que facilita bastante a locomoção.

Quando fomos para Machu Picchu, a Carmem guardou nossas malas com muita tranquilidade e segurança, o que foi muito conveniente para nós.

Foi uma experiência muito agradável e, sem dúvida, a simpatia e a atenção da Carmem fizeram toda a diferença.
