Awesome staff, location, and breakfast
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with anything. Location was close to the Plaza de Armas and other sites. Breakfast was plentiful and good - fruit, yogurt, breads, cheese and salami, and eggs cooked to order. Hot tea available 24/7. Hot shower which isn’t always guaranteed in Peru we found.

Cons:

Single flat pillow wasn’t great. Our room (303) oddly looked straight into another guest room window - so you had keep the curtains closed for privacy making the room a bit claustrophobic

Great value
Pros:

Great location, clean and spacious room, staff on site 24/7, laundry service available, nice daily breakfast, daily room turnover service, self serve tea always available

Cons:

The only con was that our windows were in a shaft which meant that we could hear everyone’s conversations and they could hear ours (even with windows and doors closed). Luckily there was no street noise and people generally were quiet during sleeping hours.

Excentente estadia – Voltaria com certeza!
Pros:

A pousada é bem localizada pois fica a quatro quarteirões da Plaza de Armas, perto de ótimas opções de restaurantes e com farmácias e supermercado próximos.
As camas são super confortáveis e espaçosas e os chuveiros quentes.
Gostaria de destacar a hospitalidade de toda a equipe, especialmente da D.Carmem sempre sorridente e disposta a ajudar.
Muito feliz por ter escolhido a Casa Matara Boutique para me hospedar em Cusco. Voltaria com certeza!

Muy buena estadía
Pros:

El staff es increíblemente servicial y amable, el hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable y tradicional y está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero como crítica constructiva para futuras mejoras diría que la mampara de la ducha no cubre lo suficiente y se moja el suelo del baño.

Wonderful hotel with clean modern rooms and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Staff so helpful, rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. We stayed before and after our trek and they stored our luggage while we were away.

Cons:

For the room before the trek was 10/10- a big comfortable room looking onto street. After trek we had an internal room which was a lot smaller and noisier as could hear other rooms - but we would still recommend this hotel

It was a one night stay before we caught a flight out. Everything was excellent
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and clean. The morning breakfast was done do well. Not buffet style, but everything they served us was excellent
