早餐好吃、地點好、服務親切！非常喜歡🥰
Pros:

他們有很多很棒的小細節，例如每層樓都有熱水方便我們泡古柯茶，我們早上四點出門也幫我們打包早餐，直接和他們預訂彩虹山行程非常方便，也可以寄放行李去熱水鎮，最後還送我們可愛的羊駝吊飾！非常溫馨可愛的一間店！

Come a casa
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti (2 notti - una notte al machu picchu - 2 notti), sia nella suite che in una matrimoniale. Struttura molto pulita, personale molto gentile-sembra di essere in famiglia; al check out ci hanno dato anche un regalino.
Colazione servita a tavola con frutta, yogurt, omelette ecc.
Presente in bagno il phon (di quelli che funzionano!). Acqua calda a volontà. Non c'è il riscaldamento, ma all'occorrenza stufa elettrica.
Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli quando siamo andati al machu picchu. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia.

またクスコに来たら泊まります。
Pros:

マチュピチュまで行ってる間に洗濯やスーツケースを預かってくれて、朝食の時間より早い出発の旅行者には袋に朝ごはんを包んで渡してくれてすごくありがたかったです。シャワーも暖かいお湯がきちんとでます。
ベットルームの装飾もかわいい。

ホテルスタッフの対応。皆さんとても親切だった。英語も通じる。

Cons:

マチュピチュ旅行の前後、計2回宿泊したが、部屋によってクオリティーの差が若干ある。4階の3人部屋は良かった。

Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place
Pros:

Great location; very close to the city center. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent - very flexible and helpful. Breakfast was good and they provided boxed breakfast when we had early tours. The place also has a small elevator. Shower pressure was great.

Cons:

Bathroom exhaust could have been better.

Cumpme con su función para estar un par de días en Cusco
Pros:

La atención por parte del equipo de casa Matara, el desayuno y la cama.

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño y la ducha era en esquina y solo tenía un vidrio fijo, lo cual hacía que al uno ducharse, se mojaba todo el baño. Otro tema era que el agua caliente demoraba mucho en salir.

Cons:

浴室洗澡會積水，因為沒有完全阻隔所以難以達到完整的乾濕分離。但這不影響我對你們的喜愛喔！只是想給點使用者回饋！

Friendly staff. Nice looking lobby areas and room. Hot shower water. I got a gift at the reception. Received breakfast to go when I had to leave early. They have an elevator.

The room was cold at night, I was freezing. The blankets were too thin. The floor had not been fully cleaned - there were leftovers from the previous guest in a corner. There were a few strands of hair on the fresh pillows. Bathroom vent connected to adjacent room with no sound insulation. I could hear my neighbours shower and talk

Camera ampia e (se capitate al quarto piano) con una vista stupenda. Staff sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Ottima colazione preparata sul momento sempre con rapidità.

Pros:

Great location, not a far walk to the city centre. Very cosy feel, the staff were friendly and helpful. They provide TV with netflix and a generous as well as delicious breakfast. They also have hot water for teas (including Coca) available to you throughout the stay. Staff in charge of housekeeping made sure to keep the bathroom clean and provide clean towels. They also have a lift so you dont have to carry your luggage up the stairs which we were grateful for as we were on the third floor!!

Cons:

While the room we had wasn't big, there was enough room for our two lugggages and seperate single beds with bedside tables. Not a big issue since I've been to hotels with rooms similar size.

La pasé regular por algunas complicaciones con la habitación y servicio
Pros:

Ubicación cerca a la plaza de armas

Cons:

No coincidió la distribución de las habitaciones con lo se q separó en Booking (se aceptó), la habitación matrimonial se levantó el piso, tuvimos q solicitar al día siguiente el cambio de habitación por ese motivo y porque no habían hecho limpieza
