Localizacao excelente
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, funcionários, cafe da manha.

Cons:

As tomadas mais próximas da cama nao estavam funcionando, consequentemente o abajur. garrafa que aquece a agua tb nao estava funcionando. O boxe do banheiro bao era inteiro, entao molhava demais o banheiro todo. Nao tem elevador.

Would stay there again
Pros:

The location was incredible—right in the heart of the plaza, which makes exploring easy, especially while acclimating. The room and bathroom were spotless. There was a bit of noise from people walking around, but nothing disruptive. I would absolutely stay here again. Honestly, I can’t stress enough how perfect the location is. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a little bit of noise, but nothing too disruptive. I’m a light sleeper and always carry earplugs when I travel, and with those it was totally fine.

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación estaba un poco fría, las almohadas muy duras y las habitaciones nada insonorizadas, se escuchaban todos los ruidos.

Nosso quarto era muito pequeno, cama pequena com o carpete muito sujo. Era no segundo andar com uma escada caracol de difícil acesso. Não tinha telefone no quarto para comunicar com recepção e nem secador de cabelo

I didnt know My room was front of the kitchen, my last day that i took for rest was a mess, 6:00 am the noise was very bad also you can hear everysingle noise in my roon, very dissapointed, other than that , love this place.

Pros:

Localização ótima, cama confortável, atendimento excelente!

Cons:

Melhorar isolamento acústico pois se ouvia tudo da plaza de armas e outros hóspedes no corredor. Melhorar a ventilação nos banheiros e manutenção nos ralos.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

Excelente locación, la habitación muy cómoda y muy limpia. El personal fue muy amable y me ayudaron con todas las dudas que tuve. Lo recomiendo mucho, volveré.

Salvo por la localización, no volvería.
Pros:

Lo calización y amabilidad del personal, sobre todo en limpieza y desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación, en la foto parece muy bonita pero en realidad no tiene ventanas al exterior, tiene una moqueta que da poca imagen de higiene y el muro inca aparece manchado por gotas de pintura del techo en la parte superior. El personal del desayuno fue excepcional pero el desayuno en sí, muy simple. Llegaban muchos ruidos de la calle que impedían descansar bien.

Ubicación excelente, todo limpio, el agua caliente funciona perfectamente , nos prepararon desayuno a las 3:50 am.

Mejor señalizacion del acceso, casi no lo encontramos
