El personal es muy amable y atento
Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Te brindan todas las facilidades para que te sientas a gusto. Si sales antes del desayuno por algún tour, te ayudan con un desayuno para llevar. Además, está muy bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Katari Hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing, with lovely staff.
Pros:

Great central location, only a couple of steps from the main plaza. The reception staff were so helpful- nothing was too much.

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night. Being so close to Starbucks, there were people moving and being noisy at night.

The main reason to stay in this hotel is it location. The room was big and comfortable, although heating was bad.

Cons:

Staff at main desk not too friendly... They informed me that breakfast started at 6.30 hs, but when getting there there were few things ready and you have to order fruit, eggs, etc. The food is not there, so no chance to be in a rush, plan at least half an hour to be there to get the basics. The main door closes at night, and the person in charge took some time to open...
