Awesome location right in the Plaza de Armas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure how to turn on the heat and they came right up to demonstrate how to use it. Provided a breakfast to go when we had an early morning tour. Soap was hand crafted. Conveniently located near Starbucks.

Excelente estadia!

Hotel excelente, localização perfeita, muito solicitos no atendimento. Café da manhã era simples mas gostoso. Ficamos em três quartos lá, um deles o chuveiro não estava muito bom mas os outros dois estavam excelentes. Esse foi o único percalço. Reservamos o hotel para antes e depois da ida a machupichu e eles guardaram nossas malas sem problemas. Além do conforto e atendimento, o hotel é em um prédio histórico, o que dá um charme a mais na estadia (nosso último quarto uma das paredes era original, feita pelos incas, muito especial)
