Nice stay!
Pros:

The staff was really helpful! They provide us with breakfast boxes on our early day tours. They have a place to keep the languages after the check out. They were really helpful with everything! Thank you!

Good I recommend but pay only with card, also the doors where very very thin hence did not had the curage to leave anyth

Perfect, location

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the extra fee for paying in cash which is oddly strange since cusco works best with cash. The excuse was that the conversion was higher(3.8) at hotels from dollar to soles, but I did not pay with dollar I try to pay only with soles.

ho prenotato in momenti diversi (diverse prenotazioni per una notte, per più notti consecutive). Una volta in hotel ho chiesto la cortesia di non cambiare stanza ogni giorno, ma di fare tutto il soggiorno nello stessa camera. Malgrado le reiterate richieste, malgrado i colloqui con il manager, malgrado mia moglie non stesse bene...TUTTI i GIORNI mi hanno obbligato a cambiare camera, per presunti problemi di prenotazione, senza fare il minimo sforzo per sistemarmi più notti nella stessa camera!!! nessuna empatia , nessuna collaborazione...PESSIMA esperienza, evitate se potete!!

Bom chuveiro e excelente localização. Roupa de cama de bia qualidade. Funcionárias muito educadas.

Cons:

Café da manhã sempre demorava. Esperávamos um café da manhã típico do Perú, mas era bem simples e não era saboroso. Todos os dias a mesma fruta, o mesmo suco, o mesmo pão. O barulho à noite dos bares ao redor também atrapalharam nossa estadia. Iluminação ruim à noite.

Me encantó!!! La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca a la plaza de Cusco. Gracias Mari por recibirnos, por atendernos, abrirnos la puerta a la hora que llegáramos, por las mil tacitas de infusión de muña, por la buena atención siempre tuya y la de las otras personas que también trabajan ahí. El desayuno realmente era contundente quedé sorprendida! Además cuentan con una agencia de tours, y con ellos hicimos todos nuestros paseos, incluso el de machu Picchu TODO INCLUIDO, todo perfecto Gracias!! ☺️ 🫶🏼
