Excelente estadía!
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca a todo. El personal super amable, atención de primera. El hotel tiene un estilo colonial muy bonito. Mi vuelo de regreso salía temprano y tuvieron la atención de tener listo mi box de desayuno en recepción. Agradecimiento a Alex, Denis.

Cons:

Lo único es el piso de madera que suena cuando caminas, pero al ser una casona colonial se entiende que es así.

Amazing 17th centuary hotel (admittingly some compromises but also part of the charm)
Pros:

Really love the building beautiaful 17th centuary building. Cost was good. Staff were wonderful!

Cons:

The shower was a little all over the place in terma of temperature and seemed to leak at the base a bit, maybe someone can put some silicone sealant around the areas to reduce leakage

Bon hôtel situé idéalement pour découvrir le centre de Cusco
Pros:

La proximité à la place des armes et au marché de San Pedro. Le petit déjeuner disponible jusque 10 heures

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés pour un chambre avec un lit double et 2 simples. Notre chambre n’était pas disponible nous avons dû pour la première nuit nous satisfaire de 2 lits doubles. Le tir a été corrigé le lendemain

Pros:

El edificio es increíble es como dormir en un museo. La habitación era enorme , camas cómodas, baño completo. El personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta cerca de todos los puntos de interés del casco antiguo.
El desayuno muy completo también .

Cons:

El tv no funcionaba, el cable se cortaba constantemente. El techo de mi habitación tenia una claraboya que dejaba entrar mucha luz desde muy temprano

Best place to discover Cusco.
Pros:

The hotel has a colonial style with beautiful decoration and original pieces of architecture. The stuff is amazing showing the kindness of the Peruvian people. They were always flexible and tried to meet and overcome my expectations. The rooms were quite big, cleaned daily and also with all the amennities you may need, including heating. They allowed me to store my bags without charge and always guided me for any questions I could have. The location is just a couple of minutes walking from the Plaza de Armas and very close to the center and main attractions. Thanks to all the stuff and specially to Dennis for making my stay in Cusco an unforgetable experience.

Cons:

Maybe small hint on the internet which needed some ocassionally restart to work.

Excelente ubicacion!!
Pros:

Es un hotel céntrico, bien ubicado, se puede ir caminando a varios sitos de interés, como plaza de armas, museos, mercado San Pedro. Exelentes instalaciones y mobiliario. El desayuno variado y delicioso. El Personal amable y atento. Nos hospedamos una noche y volvimos por 5 noches mas. Nos encanto!!

Wonderful hotel and location
Pros:

The staff made this place so wonderful. From always being welcoming and kind and offering directions to packing my breakfast super early in the morning and helping me weigh my bags, they were the highlight. The front desk staff is exceptional. The place is in a great location which is convenient for early tours and great food and lively atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the beds are comfortable. A great place to stay in Cusco!

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have many options for healthy, filling food except fruit.

¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo dos cuadras de varias plazas, del mercado, la plaza principal y una gran variedad de restaurantes, además de contar con transporte público muy cerca. El personal de recepción destaca por su amabilidad; nos entregó un mapa con recomendaciones de lugares para visitar por nuestra cuenta, opciones para comer y nos orientó sobre los tours, incluso el transporte nos recogió justo frente al hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas, acogedoras y muy bien equipadas, con calefacción y todos los artículos de aseo necesarios. El desayuno superó nuestras expectativas: jugos naturales de fruta, yogur, frutas frescas, panes, una máquina con diferentes tipos de café y huevos preparados al gusto. Sin duda, una experiencia que hizo nuestro viaje aun mejor.

Cons:

Bueno.. el piso hacía algo de ruido al caminar, el televisor era pequeño, el asiento del inodoro era duro y la ducha desaguaba un poco lento.
