Excellent location.. Close to center of Cusco. Really delicious breakfast. Authentic atmosphere in the room and hotel. Very welcome stuff. Would recommend travelers in Cusco.

I would stay here again! Overall I loved the hotel, breakfast, staff & location
Pros:

I loved this hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was wonderful.

Cons:

My room didn’t have hot water when other guests were taking showers. My room key wasn’t functioning properly and it always took several tries to unlock the door.

My wife and kid got sick out of height, and the receptionist called medical emergency, and it was quick. The shower was very good.

Unique Spanish Colonial Hotel in the heart of Cusco with free luggage storage!
Pros:

Really unique hotel - feel like you are staying in an old Spanish Colonial Mansion. The staff were very friendly and available 24/7. The location was perfect - super close to the historic center and markets but a few blocks away so it was not so loud. Had a large mini fridge and TV with all the major sports channels which was awesome for a Football lover. Also have free luggage storage for going to Machu Pichu!

Cons:

This is an older building so the amenities are not brand new or fancy. Older Shower/Toilet/TV etc... Still was fine for me!

I made this booking rather late and if I had to book again, I would stay at a different hotel
Pros:

There is one gentleman who works at the desk in the morning, who was very helpful and had some suggestions for me when I wasn’t feeling well

Cons:

The room felt very dark and cold, and the very much expired carpeting made my room feel dingy. It was also a tremendous amount of noise from the other side of my wall, some sort of bar or disco tech must’ve been there. Avoid room 102.

Great central location, amazing staff and breakfast, loved the historic vibe.
Pros:

The coffee was amazing! The omelets made on site were as well. Breakfast selection was really good. The building is so amazing, such an incredible vibe. The staff was so helpful and kind. Really felt good.

Cons:

We had no glass window and the wooden cover to the rooms only window did not allow light in. Walking out into the courtyard from the room in the morning was blinding.
