La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la Plaza Mayor de Cuzco y de todo lo que necesita. La habitación muy comoda y los baños limpios. La dueña y su hijo son muy amablesy acogedores, todo fue perfecto !

Péssimo atendimento
Cons:

O Hostel após confirmar a reserva, mandou uma msg dizendo que não estava disponível a acomodação reservada.
Estava sem Internet e não vi a msg.
Ao chegar ao local ninguém me atendeu, quando liguei pediram para eu esperar e não apareceram.
Fui embora e tive que buscar outra estadia, mas antes enviei uma msg e ninguém respondeu.

Cons:

Nella camera c’era un cattivo odore, verosimilmente dovuto agli scarichi.
La colazione presente ma un po’ scarna.
Un giorno ho lavato dei nostri indumenti in camera e per mio errore li ho stesi in quello che credevo fosse un luogo comune per stendere il bucato ma evidentemente era solo per chi usufruiva della lavanderia e mi è stato detto che fosse “vietato” lavare la biancheria in camera, cosa che mi sembra un po’ assurda.
