Great location and nice old hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room suited our purposes. It was central, and within close walking distance of the main square, where we had an early meeting time for starting our trek.
The noise level was awful and the traffic noise in Cusco was much worse than we anticipated. It went on all night, and we barely slept.
La ubicación es excelente frente a una hermosa plaza y a menos de 50 metros de la plaza de armas de donde parten casi todos los tours.
El baño es amplio y la cama confortable. La edificación es histórica y guarda en su historia gran belleza.
Solo como advertencia no posee ascensor porque es un edificio histórico. El personal se ofrece siempre amablemente a subir y bajar los bolsos, lo cual cuesta bastante al principio para quienes no estamos acostumbrados a la altura.
A localização é perfeita, muito próxima à praça das Armas, e muito conveniente para os passeios fora de Cusco, já que no retorno dos passeios, as vans param bem próximo ao hotel. Gostamos muito também do atendimento dos funcionários, sempre bem dispostos em ajudar.

In the heart of Cusco historic district, very convenient for everything. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Provided bag breakfast for our early tours.
Since it’s in the center of the city, there are lots of cars day and night. Bring ear plugs and eye covers to have a better sleep

El wifi no funciona. El desayuno muy mejorable aunque tienen una panadería muy buena y puedes comprar café rico y croissants allí, pero claro hay que pagarlo a parte.

La ubicación.
primero que no fue la habitación por la que pague y dijeron que la culpa es de booking, porque reserve y pague para una con balcón y me dieron en el tercer piso una habitación parecido a un ático. Llegar al tercer piso era complicado pues las escaleras no ayudaban, tuvieron a bien cambiarnos a un segundo pero también con vista interna. No fue de nuestro agrado, pero ya no había nada que hacer. Es decir te dan lo que ellos quieren o tienen en ese momento.
No hay ascensor, pero el personal te ayuda con todas las maletas. El personal se esfuerza por agradar, pero no compensa el mal rato que uno cansado llega para aclimatarse y te dan la habitación que quieren.

Staff was amazingly helpful, cleaniness, distance from the centre. They even prepare you fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast that already has a huge variety of food, especially fruits. Coca tea amd coffee are available 24/7
The hotel has old wooden floor and guest in the room started walking at 3.30am which sounded like techno party in my room :)
