localização excelente.
Pros:

A localização é o grande forte da hospedagem. Fica na parte plana de Cusco, então é próximo de todos os pontos turísticos, com uma grande variedade de lojas e restaurantes. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e solícitos durante toda a viagem. Todos os dias na hora do café era oferecido ovos variados (mexidos, fritos...) e alguns sucos.

Cons:

O que mais me incomodou foi a acústica do hotel. Quando chegamos, foi nos dada a opção de ficar num quarto com janela externa ( para a rua) ou para dentro, e nos foi sugerido o interno por conta do barulho da cidade. No entanto, o barulho vindo interno do hotel era muito alto, principalmente porque o café da manhã fica no pátio central do hotel. Além disso, nossa acomodação era colada a uma padaria ao lado do hotel, e era possível ouvir tudo o que acontecia por lá, desde a música ambiente ( que durava das 8 da manhã até as 22h) até as conversas dos clientes ( foi quase um bbb). E no caso do quarto interno, a janela do banheiro era para dentro, e assim toda vez que alguém usava iluminava o quarto todo, sugiro uma cortina para impedir a entrada de luz do banheiro, fora que a porta não fechava direito, e havia uma fresta que sim dava para ver dentro. O café da manhã era um pouco fraco, havia apenas uma opção de pão.

Udany pobyt, pełny pozytywnych doświadczeń.
Pros:

Obiekt położony w samym centrum Cusco. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Recepcja czynna 24 godz. na dobę, obsługa pomocna w każdej sytuacji, dobre śniadania ( możliwość zamówienia na wynos). Czyste pokoje, ręczniki wymieniane często, ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Idealne miejsce, żeby odpocząć między fakultatywnymi wycieczkami.

Estaba todo sucio, como casi que desarmándose. En un momento fui al baño y casi me caí del wc, este se encontraba totalmente despegado del suelo.

There is no escalator. They assist carrying your bags thankfully but if you have walking difficulties keep that in mind I had to leave very early and late to my flight so there was noone available to help me so I had to carry my heavy bag down 3 floors.
Since hotel in the middle of the city there are constant traffic and car noise non stop. Tours are leaving very earlier like 3-4 am so at night you have noise and day is never over city is always alive because of that there is constant noise that you cannot get rid of. If you cannot sleep with noise you may have problem

Reservamos con 9 meses de anticipación y al momento de hacer el check in nos avisan que habían rentado la habitación. Quisieron solucionarlo enviándonos a otro lado más lejos, en distintas habitaciones asumiendo el costo, pero no era lo que habíamos reservado, finalmente tuvimos que resolver la situación por nuestra cuenta. Se excusaron que la chica que hace las reservas no chequea las de booking y por eso se equivocó.

Localização PERFEITA, fica em frente a uma praça do lado da Plaza de Armas, muitos restaurantes, mercados e lojinhas, área movimentada e que achei segura! Cusco tem muitas ladeiras, mas o hotel ficava numa parte plana da cidade, o que ajudou muito a locomoção a pé! O quarto estava limpo e era confortável, o aquecedor funcionou bem. A recepção/refeitório eram bem bonitos! O café da manhã era simples mas satisfatório. Os funcionários muitoooo atenciosos e solicitos!!

Cons:

Achei barulhento. Fiquei no quarto com abertura para a praça/rua, eu mesma pedi para ficar lá e não me arrependo, mas acho válido falar que os barulhos dos carros e pessoas conversando são fáceis de ouvir. A acústica interna também deixa a desejar, o barulho das pessoas andando no corredor também era alto. Mas no geral, esse foi o único ponto negativo na experiência que tive!

Sehr schönes eingerichtetes Hotel in der Innenstadt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Außenblick und Balkon ist wunderschön. Das Mobiliar, das Bad und das Hotelpersonal waren top 👍🏻.

Cons:

Trotz Buchung wurde mir zuerst ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zur Verfügung gestellt. Erst am nächsten Tag habe ich das gebuchte & bezahlte Zimmer erhalten.
