· La mancanza pressoché totale del Wi-Fi, unita soprattutto alla scarsa trasparenza della direzione, ha reso il soggiorno deludente. Inizialmente, l’assenza del servizio mi è stata presentata come un problema temporaneo, ma successivamente mi è stato riferito che in quella zona dell’hotel si verificano abitualmente problemi di connessione. . Anche il cambio di camera, proposto già la prima sera, non ha risolto il problema. Siamo rimasti tre giorni e il servizio non ha mai funzionato

Mi è stato inoltre fatto notare che, avendo richiesto una camera silenziosa, avrei dovuto accettare questa situazione. Ritengo invece che sarebbe stato corretto informarmi con chiarezza fin dal momento della prenotazione, spiegandomi che in quella zona dell’hotel la connessione Wi-Fi presenta problemi ricorrenti, e lasciare a me, in quanto cliente, la possibilità di scegliere consapevolmente se accettare o meno tale compromesso. La trasparenza e la correttezza nei confronti degli ospiti dovrebbero essere una priorità, soprattutto quando si tratta di servizi che possono influire concretamente sulla qualità del soggiorno.

Ottima la posizione, vicinissima a tutti i punti di partenza dei tour. L'adetto ai bagagli come pure l'house keeping sempre molto gentile ed accogliente. La camera benchè piccola era confortevole e pulita.

Minha estadia foi muito boa e voltaria a ficar ali, obrigada a todos.
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade de frutas.
A localização é fantástica, não tem subida, em frente a uma Plaza e uma quadra da Plaza Mayor.
Os funcionários gentis.
O quarto era simples, cama boa.
Ficaria novamente e recomendo.

Pros:

Excellent location and fabulous staff. Excellent breakfast. Free luggage storage as we were away over night at Machu Picchu.

Muito bem localizado, em frente à praça de onde saem os passeios. Funcionários simpáticos, café suficientemente bom.

Cons:

Internet bem ruim. MUITO barulho da rua. Bem difícil de dormir, não tem isolamento acústico. Como os passeios saem de madrugada, 4 da manhã já tem guia gritando na rua e alto fluxo de vans e motos.
