Eclectic, fun, yummy, peaceful, sociable
Pros:

Amazing vegan crepes for breakfast as well as great coffee and tea available all day. They even have an oxygen tank if you struggle with the altitude.

Pros:

By far my favourite hostel I've been to in Peru! Came here for three nights, ended up extending my stay for a week, and even coming back a couple times after that. The hostel is in a very central, yet quiet part of the city, rooms are cosy, clean, with curtains for privacy. Common areas are so cute, garden and hang out place inside. Yummy breakfast, also a great facility - you can get purified water all day just for 1 sole. But the best highlight is the staff! All receptionists were so kind, helpful and became friends by the end of my stay (shout out to Edu), they helped me with any question I had, and overall held such a great atmosphere in the hostel! And this special place attracts really special and beautiful people as well! Can't wait to be back!

Cons:

A couple showers don't have the closing door leaving a puddle of water anytime anyone showers.

Crepe breakfasts! Locations was great!

There wasn't a kitchen or food storage. Internet only worked in the main lobby, not the rooms.

Bedbugs and poor hygienic standards
Pros:

The personell was nice.

Cons:

The room was absolutely awful - we checked out in the middle of our stay to move to a hotel. We had booked the twin room with shared bathroom.. we definitely overestimated the cleanliness of the hostel. The shower was cold on our arrival, the shower room smelled of toilet (the bad type), and the shared bathroom had the bins barely changed (this being South America where toilet paper is not flushed). The worst was the room - I had to use my sleeping bag the first night because it was so cold, the second night we found a bedbug (yes, we triple checked) crawling on my bed. There had been reviews of bedbugs before but the hostel had denied them - we can definitely confirm they are there.. frankly, there are hotels around which are around the same price, this is not worth the stress.

Excellent staff, amenities, and comfy beds!
Pros:

The staff is really what made me rebook this hostel after I came back to Cusco from Macho Picchu. So friendly and really make you feel welcome. Also the free breakfast is the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hostel. Also the beds are super comfortable and the shower water is very warm (unlike other places I stayed in Peru).

Cons:

Nothing!

Very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere
Pros:

Great location in an artistic neighborhood with many restaurants and a creative vibe. The Plaza de Armas is less than a 10-minute walk away. Very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hostel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive whenever we needed something. Overall, very good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing significant to mention.
