Very kind staff, perfect location and lovely hot showers.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the location is superb. As a young female traveller, I felt completely safe at all times and was able to walk to all the sites in Cusco with ease.

Cons:

The reception ladies were all very sweet but I really did struggle to communicate with them as I only have English. There also seemed to be quite a large discrepancy over the booked price from Booking.com and what I was charged. They were happy to refund me an amount but that was still only half of the over-charged amount so I still ended up paying for an extra night. Our South African rands do not go a long way and I was on a tight budget.

Cons:

Lo pequeña que era la habitación y que en el baño estaba la ducha y la vasija al lado y que era muy pequeño. Tampoco me gustó que la señora no me diera nada de desayuno para llevar en los tres días que hice excursiones de madrugada, cuando en los otros OCHO SITIOS que me había quedado anteriormente si me dieron algo. Encima me tocó en el 4º piso sin ascensor para las maletas, aunque en Perú es normal que no haya ascensor

Alojamiento en pleno casco histórico cerca de todos los puntos de interés turístico
Pros:

La atención del personal, fueron muy amables y cercanas. Me ayudaron con todo lo que les comenté. La ubicación es genial.

Cons:

Estuve dos veces. En la primera estuve en una habitación individual y la ducha no estaba separada del resto del baño por lo que todo se llena de agua al ducharte. En la segunda el baño estaba muy bien.
