El personal es atento, el lugar está cerca de la plaza principal y del centro histórico.
No tenía calefacción, para personas que sufren el frío eso sería un problema. El desayuno a las 7 no se lleva bien con el hecho de que las excursiones son todas más temprano. Tampoco con los horarios de Cusco, nunca pude tomarlo porque incluso por trabajo o mi vuelo de salida me buscaron antes. Si bien está cerca de la plaza, está alto, personas mayores, con problemas con la altura o discapacidades podrían tener problemas en subir.
A localização e não é boa, o acesso ao hotel é bem difícil, a limpeza deixa a desejar pois o edredom estava sujo, banheiro com vazamento no vaso, a água ora esquentava muito ora não esquentava e por ser um lugar alto e frio ficou a desejar. O café da manhã ruim,na realidade ele não parece um hotel e sim hostel.

Mejoraría el calor de la ducha en época fria.
La ubicacion esta bien y las señoras que atienden son super queridas, tienen agua caliente para tomarte un cafe o te siempre disponible en el comedor. La cama fue comoda y pedi una segunda almohada para dormir bien y con gusto me la facilitaron.
Más que un hotel, es una casa reformada para recibir huéspedes. En cualquier caso, la relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Estan varias casas como en un patio interior varias como hotel o hostal. Hacia mas frio dentro de la habitacion que afuera. Y el baño sin separaciones y la ventana daba como al interior de la casa que pasaba como aire frio. Cuando descanse en la tarde un rato se escuchaban las conversaciones que estaban teniendo en el comedor primer piso. Yo estaba en el segundo piso.

Bed was comfortable.
Extremely small, cold room with no heating. You will hear everything happening throughout the “hotel” at all hours of the day & night due to zero sound-proofing. The curtain is super sheer and lets in all lot of artificial and natural light - so bring an eye mask & ear plugs if you want to sleep.

The location is a little on the mountain. Close to everything. The staff is excellent, very kind and tried to help with everything.
It was cold, 5 degrees Celsius at night. They came to clean and opened the window to air out the room. I returned from a tour at 1 a.m. and the room was 5 degrees Celsius. I slept fully clothed. No one offered me a heater. I asked after two nights of freezing temperatures. They gave me one for an extra fee. I don't mind paying for a heater, but you should take care of your guests and offer one right away. I didn't know this option was available until I was really cold.
