Got here at 11:30pm due a delayed bus, reception guy was very helpful and kind. Beds were abit lumpy but not a deal breaker. Shower does get warm, just need to let it run for 5 minutes first. Free breakfast was great, coffee, tea, bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam and butter. New reception guy was also super helpful and kind, let us borrow a hairdryer and allowed us to store our bags until our late evening bus. The place for the price is extremely clean and well presented, one of the best places we've stayed in Cusco including airbnbs. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel but other guests slamming doors. Even at 12:30pm it was happening. Be mindful of this and bring earplugs. Would be great if the owners could put a foam strip around the door frame.

Reserve mediante el booking, sin embargo a la hora de llegar al hotel no tuve respuestas, espere mucho tiempo afuera y nunca abrieron la puerta, no recomiendo este lugar, ya que en cualquier momento pueden dejarte fuera

Tranquilidad y confort
Pros:

Muy bueno el desayuno y las instalaciones

Cons:

Para viajeros con maleta es algo complicado porque no hay ascensor. Sin embargo a la salida el joven de la recepción fue muy amable y me ayudo a bajar el equipaje
