The location was fantastic, very close to the Plaza de Armas de Cusco and la Av. el Sol. Both landmark places if you are here for tourism. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was fantastic, very comfortable and warm.

Pros:

Localização relativamente boa, a umas 7 quadras da praça das armas. A equipe é muito educada e solícita. Tem chá e folhas de coca na recepção a todo o tempo. o quarto é confortável, wifi funcionava bem e era silencioso.

Cons:

Cobrança de taxa da maquininha do cartão em 5%. Isso não estava previsto na reserva pela booking. Acredito que deveria haver explicitado que o hotel cobra os 5% adicionais por passar o cartão. O que é avisado não sai caro. Fomos pegos de surpresa por isso. O café da manhã é bem simples.
