Hotel Inkasabios Cusco

Salim and Jonathan were excellent hosts at the front desk — always helpful and attentive. They made sure we could come and go safely, providing guidance and support whenever needed. The hotel itself felt very secure, with mandatory check-ins and check-outs in place to ensure the safety of all travelers.

The staff were also very responsive to guest needs, and the overall service was fantastic. Rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay, and breakfast was provided each morning, which was a great bonus.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed place to stay!

I stayed at Inkasabios before and after multiple treks. It is a very quite and extremely clean property. The reception staff is very helpful and available 24 hours. The property is very beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. I loved sitting outside at the balcony and watch all the lights in the hills every evening. The breakfast has plwnty of hot and cold options.
It is located in a safe area, walkable to main square and plenty of restaurants. There are plenty of shops around to buy water, fruits (mangoes, passion fruit, avocado etc).
They stored my bags for a few days when I was away trekking. It is a lovely hotel and I will stay again.

Clean with great service with 24h concierge! Staff is extremely organized and keeps track of all the tour departure times - one time we had missed the updated pick up time, the staff had found us at the breakfast area to inform us of the tour operator’s arrival. If tour starts early, boxed breakfast is also included by the hotel. Complimentary hot tea and coca always available is cherry on the top!

Clean and quiet , excellent breakfast

Beautiful inside and amazing views. Comfortable. Delicious and fresh breakfasts. Bring warm clothes and socks to wear at night and in the mornings if you’re not used to Cusco temperatures and cold floors.

Spacious. Great customer service. Good breakfast. Walkable to restaurants and to the historic area. Great value. We would stsy here again.

We returned from our 5day trek to the hotel where they were welcoming and kind. The people are the best! The location is just a short walk to the plaza and the neighborhood quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is so helpful. My flight was delayed so that I got in early morning. They got me breakfast and into my room to rest. They went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable.

Newer hotel within walking distance to plaza de Armas. Uber is an inexpensive option if you want to save some energy. Staff are very courteous, from reception to cleaning and catering. Quiet and clean. Very good breakfast. Best value for money during my 2 weeks' Peru trip.

Clean and friendly staffs. However breakfast starts at 7am and the location is bit of far from the downtown.

Loved our 3 night stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Only a 10 min walk into the main area of Cusco. Quiet at night. Nice selection of free teas available including coca at all times. Nice rooftop terrace. Only thing to improve would be the eggs at breakfast as they were cooked in advance and always cold ☹️

The property is okay for the low price but definitely not up to standre or actual hotel. You can only get room cleaned or towels replaced twice in a week. The concierge also gave wrong information as they told us breakfast ends at 8 30am when it ended at 9am. We also had cold water first day and no internet few times during out stqy. However the location is very central and easy access to plazq. The roof of the hotel has an amazing view of the city and definitely was the highlight for this hotel.

We were only at the hotel briefly - quick overnight after walking the Inca trail. We wished we could have spent longer.

The hotel and room were incredible. Loved the breakfast and the terrace view as well. But the hotel was a little bit of a walk from the main area which is okay as we don’t mind a little walk. The most frustrating thing about the hotel was the poor WiFi.

Family really liked the apartment facilities. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. Hotel is clean, really good breakfast and very cute rooftop overviewing the mountains.
Did not like having to leave key in front desk, and almost a full day without hot water. One night was up at 3am due to heavy noise from other room, was explained some guests had a problem... We ubered as did not feel comfortable walking to the plaza from the location. very few restaurants nearby. Good laundry service nearby. Would highly recommend as felt safe, good breakfast AND TWO BATHROOMS!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and healthy breakfast with lots of options. The views on the terrace are amazing.
