El sitio tiene un muy buen potencial, desafortunadamente la atención fué pésima, no hay personal capacitado para atender las necesidades e información mínima en recepción. Nos atendía la señora del aseo y un muchacho encargado de abrir las puerta por la noche pero sin nada de cortesía o preparación. Pésima administración del sitio, secaban las sábanas en patio, cocina desordenada y horno microondas sucio. Las habitaciones amplias pero el baño tenía filtración en la ducha y se empapaba el baño completo. El desayuno normal sin ninguna pretensión, muy sencillo. Esperaba más por el precio que pagué, deben mejorar el servicio, la administración es pésima. Con una buena refacción y cambio de administración podría ser un excelente hostal por la ubicación y amplia habitación, pero actualmente está demasiado descuidado.

El wc perdia aigua i la dutxa també. A mes, l’últim dia no teniem aigua calenta perque havien acabat el gas. També són molt despistats amb els esmorzars. Dels tres dies, un van donar el nostre esmorzar per endur a una altra habitació i el segon ni l’havien preparat. Tot i així, ho intenten solucionar sempre.

It’s not that I dont like but I think they can improve. They used to have oxygen for guest in case they need it (not anymore) but they offer contact medical assistance.

Si bien veo que muchos hoteles tienen check out temprano, considero que deben evaluar que sea un poco más de las 10am. Solicitamos si nos podían ayudar en conseguir un taxi para ir al aeropuerto, pero al parecer no tienen este servicio, cuando nos ayudaron ya estabamos listos para salir, por lo que tomamos un taxi de la calle, sin problemas.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre réservée sur booking, mais une chambre sans fenêtre , avec une verrière sale au plafond, juste au dessus du lit!
Le froid glacial dans la salle à manger, pas de chauffage pour le petit déjeuner !( température à Cuzco 1°)
Et beaucoup de petits détails qui ne donnent pas envie de rester dans cet établissement...
Prix élevé vu le niveau des prestations!

The Andean Palace is in a great location and well priced. The room and bathroom were of a good size. We chose the hotel because of its good reviews. We realise it is a two star hotel.
However, despite being superficially clean it would benefit from a thorough deep clean. The rug in the room and those in communal areas, under the bed and those less accessible places really need a thorough cleaning. The bath mat was half of an old towel.
The room description on Booking.com said ‘patio’ it was a Juliet balcony with ill fitting shutters looking over a very busy and noisy road. No view either. The room didn’t have a kettle as indicated in the description.
The senior staff were fairly sullen and uninterested, without any of the expected hosting skills. However, a young man staffed reception from late afternoon, overnight and provided breakfast. He slept on a sofa in the entrance hall. He looked totally exhausted, despite his obvious tiredness he did his best to be helpful.

Breakfast was just adequate. A choice of scrambled or fried eggs was appreciated. The juice seemed not to have been fresh and the coffee was barely drinkable. The coca leaves were very old and dried out. The photographs are also misleading, limited choice of fruit for breakfast, not like the picture, and the courtyard includes a kitchen and drying washing, so not a place to sit.
