Excelente atención del personal, muy amables y tienen muy buena voluntad para favores y disposición para guardar maletas en caso de requerirlo. Las habitaciones son como de indican y la ubicación es muy buena, se llega caminando a la plaza mayor, Av El Sol y calle Plateros.

La limpieza
La amabilidad y atención de Henry desde que llegamos, la limpieza de la habitación, nos dieron snacks para llevar porque no alcanzamos el desayuno. Se ubica cerca a la plaza y se puede descansar tranquilo.
Henry nos hizo recomendaciones de los tours que podiamos tomar. El lugar es cálido y se siente como en casa.

Bien, todo ok; quizas mejorar el desayuno; es mejor ofrecer al cliente si desea por ejemplo huevos fritos, revueltos, o sancochados; que no ofrecerlos, porque el huesped desconoce que se prepara a pedido del huesped.
Importante considerar que los huespedes quieren salir a conocer mas lugares y de noche, ser flexibles con los horarios de la limpieza; dejar al huesped hasta que salga de la habitación para realizar la limpieza y no tocar la puerta para despertarlos. ese detalle hace la diferencia.
Las piezas muy limpias, lo suficientemente amplias y cómodas para una estadía de varios días. El personal fue extremadamente amable en todo sentido, desde cuidar las maletas un par de días mientras estuvimos fuera de Cusco hasta la atención con el desayuno y ayuda con las salidas al aeropuerto o a otro lugar. Demasiado recomendable.
La ubicación frente a la plaza es excelente, tenés todas las opciones cerca para ir donde quieras. También varios sitios para comer y el mercado. La camada cómoda, el lugar limpio. Amables con los viajeros si necesitas dejar equipaje.
A localização do hostel é muito boa. Os funcionários foram muito educados e receptivos. O café da manhã era simples, mas muito bom! Nos hospedamos duas vezes em momentos diferentes e fomos muito bem atendidos.
O primeiro quarto que ficamos estava com um problema na luz que ficava piscando.
Nos hospedamos no hostel em duas datas diferentes, antes e depois de irmos para Macchu Picchu. O hostel é muito bem localizado, organizado, os atendentes muito simpáticos. Voltaria a me hospedar no local com certeza.
