sin calefaccion, ducha fria, cuarto super simple, piden comision para pago con tarjeta, taso de cambio (casual) dolares-soles para pago en soles...porque si estamos en Perù?

O quarto é bem amplo, os funcionários são bem atenciosos e prestativos

Cons:

Ficamos em um quarto no qual o chuveiro não funcionava corretamente, pedimos apoio ao funcionário ele foi super prestativo, melhorou o funcionamento mas ainda não ficou 100%. O chuveiro esquentava e esfriava do nada durante o banho

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt. Helle freundliche Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer und Badezimmer sind eiskalt (Anfang Oktober). Heizkörper werden zur Verfügung gestellt, müssen aber zusätzlich bezahlt werden.
Die Preise werden nicht klar und transparent kommuniziert, bei der Bezahlung werden wohl üblicherweise die booking.com Gebühren von 18% draufgeschlagen

Pros:

Limpeza excelente!!. Limpam os quartos e trocam as toalhas diariamente Eles vendem água no local o que é muito prático. Camas confortáveis.

Cons:

Minha nota foi bom e não excelente devido ao chuveiro. Ele variava entre fervendo e gelado em questão de segundos, tornando o banho muito desconfortável. Além disso, te cobram 5% a mais em pagamento com cartão. Acredito que deveriam oferecer um desconto em pagamento em dinheiro mas deixar o valor final no booking para que as pessoas ja saibam quanto vão pagar. Por fim, eles fazem a conversão de soles para dolares, ao invés de colocar em dolares na maquininha, com isso, no final o valor fica maior do que estava no booking.
