La habitación era amplia.
Fui a desayunar y no tenían casi nada, un par de frutas y pan. No tenían leche para el café porque "los domingos no hay leche".
Prendí el hidromasaje de la habitación y no lo habían limpiado bien, estaba muy sucio.
No había spa tampoco, estaba todo cerrado.
Estaba lejos del aeropuerto y del centro de Cusco.
Pela experiência que tive, não conseguir gostar de nada.
Não gostei do quarto, até porque fomos colocados em um quarto diferente ao qual reservei.
O quarto não tinha aquecedor, o chuveiro com água quente nem sempre funcionava.
Me colocaram no mesmo corredor onde tinha uma turma escolar, precisei até ligar para a recepção para pedir que não fizessem tanto barulho pois realmente estava a incomodar, mas não adiantou. Sair para fora do quarto umas 2x e falei com umas das coordenadoras da turma escolar a qual estava batendo em uma porta e gritando para que abrissem, pedir mais uma vez por favor que tivessem empatia até porque já passava das 23h. A recepção não tomou nenhuma providência ao caso.
O café da manhã simplesmente não cheguei a experimentar pois quando chegava só tinha sobras e migalhas. Ainda bem que logo ao chegar solicitei mudança na diária para 2 dias graças a Deus
Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Prestativo . A recepcionista Alejandra muito atenciosa e simpática nos ajudou bastante
Localização. Fica um pouco longe do centro histórico. Cerca de 30 minutos com um pouco de trânsito.

La suciedad en el lugar donde servían el desayuno, todo empolvado y no había personal , el pan era del día anterior y un desayuno muy limitado

The breakfast included was nice and fresh, although there is not a large amount of choice.

When we checked in to our room we found that it wasn’t fully prepared. However, staff attended to all issues raised on the same evening as our arrival.
The spa facilities were under maintenance and not available during our stay.

La llave de mi cuarto no cerraba bien, la separación del cuarto era para una con ventana y me dieron una de adentro. Antes había ido y todo bien pero está vez no me gustó
HIDROMASAJE
Oscuro en las escaleras.
La gentileza en su atención y lo no muy concurrido donde suele existir mucho movimiento de personas.
El cuarto podría contar un calefactor para la noche ya que se sienten bien fríos los dormitorios. Por lo demás muy cómodos.
