Vistas hermosas, la terraza y algunas habitaciones tiene vista a la plaza de armas!
Tenian agua caliente y te diaponible. Atencion muy amena y preocupada, estan en constantes mejoras para los huespedes

Esta en la calle de la cuesta de Santa Ana Muchas gradas para llegar caminando te pone a prueba la cuesta.

Poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Cusco é fantástica. Muita cultura e beleza.

Cons:

O hotel poderia ser melhor, embora não seja tão perto do centro, em poucos minutos chega. As acomodações não possuem calefação e o frio na cidade é intenso, mesmo com cobertores, sem calefação complica. O café da manhã não é bom. O local do café da manhã, embora tenha uma linda vista, carece de conforto e estatica. É um hotel de estrutura simples, mas com algo de investimento em infraestrutura poderia ser bem melhor.

El trato de la admisionista

La ubicacion: se ingresa por una calle oscura y sucia de dificil acceso.
El desayuno: muy básico sin más opción
No se respeto la habitacion solicitada y no quisieron darme boleta porque querian cobrarme más (18% extra por emitir boleta) si queria pagar con tarjeta asi fuera de debito, querian cobrarme 5% mas

Excellent staff, Luz is very friendly and she allow us to our bags without an extra fee while we did an excursion.
Every day they did room cleaning.

Cons:

Mattress was not that comfortable and the shower was not hot enough.

Good Stay!
Pros:

I had a good stay overall. The hot water shower in my room wasn’t working, but the staff quickly moved me to another room with a warm shower. One thing to note: if you have a lot of luggage, it’s best to order a taxi to drop you off nearby, as there are steep hills to get to the hotel.

good location but awkward to enter if there is no staff
Pros:

Location is pretty close to the center. It's also on a hill, so at the top floor which is accessible you get a nice view.

The beds are quite big and comfy and the bathrooms worked great.

Cons:

We were on the bottom floor and you could hear people talking and come in, which disrupted sleep once. Besides that, the doors lock which is good, but not always is someone inside to open the door when you want to get in. You dont get a key to the front door. Breakfast was OK
