Pros:

Quarto de bom tamanho, cafe da manha tinha o suficiente. Equipe atenciosa. Havia um restaurante no final da rua muito bom. com preco justo e comida maravilhosa. Camas confortaveis
Fica a mais ou menos 10 minutos a pe do centro com pizzarias muito boas ha poucos metros do hotel
Elevador no hotel

Cons:

Creio que nao havia aquecimento de agua para todos os hospedes. Havia momentos que nao tinha agua quente para banho.

Pros:

El servicio hotelero es bueno. Cordiales en la atención (mención aparte para Rosa que fue muy amable)
La habitación es amplia, las camas muy cómodas. Hay un radiador y mantas extra que utilizamos porque hizo mucho frío, fue importante. El desayuno es abundante, fresco. Tienen servicio de lavandería por peso, lo usamos, 10 puntos.
Bastante silencioso, aunque se escucha el movimiento en pasillo y habitaciones vecinas.
Nos tocó una habitación en el 5to piso con una vista increíble!!!!
Buena presión de agua. Baño cómodo.

Cons:

Una tarde llegamos de una larga excursión y no había agua caliente para bañarnos. Tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos. Por lo menos nos avisaron al ingresar al establecimiento y no fue una sorpresa ya dentro de la ducha. Solo por eso no le pongo 10.

Pros:

This hotel was our "base" in Cusco. We stayed there 6 nights, in 3 different times. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The 1st room that we had wasn't that good, but on the other 2 times we had a great room. The location is excellent. Very close to many sites.

Pros:

The place is beautiful, the owner is friendly, helpful and always available.
Breakfast is great and is served separately to each guest. We had it in front of a big windows, facing the amazing view.
The location is good - close enough to the center and the ruins, and far enough to be very quiet.

Cons:

Some maintenance is required
The bathroom is small

Ideal for a few days in Cusco .
Pros:

Good variety at breakfast and different foods each day . I’m vegetarian plenty for me .
It’s about a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas
Very friendly helpful staff .
Tea available in the foyer all day .
