Eu fiz minha reserva no BOONKING garantindo minha estadia e do meu esposo que após um dia cansativo iriamos descansar. Então o pior nos esperava, quando chegamos no hotel descobrimos que a nossa reserva tinha sido cancelada, chegamos a noite no hotel após um dia bem cansativo de passeios e o hotel não tinha nenhum quarto para ficamos.

A must stay location when in Cusco
Pros:

This was my second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the room is so comfortable and clean and the breakfast is the best!!! I highly recommend anyone visiting Cusco to stay here. Excellent value for money and in a central location:

Bij aankomst in de avond na een 5daagse trekking bleek van alles niet te kloppen: wifi deed het niet, de kamer en bedden waren totaal niet comfortabel, er kwam veel koude tocht vanaf de badkamer de kamer binnen en de badkamer deur kon niet dicht want de deur viel dan automatisch in het slot en kon niet door ons worden geopend. Receptie gevraagd om te assisteren met de deur. De medewerker is toen boos op ons geworden toen ze in onze kamer was omdat ze vond dat de deur niet dicht hoefde, wij vonden dat dit gewoon moest kunnen voor de aankomende 4 nachten voor deze prijzen. Haar woorden: ‘no not necessary!’ Ze was zo kwaad dat ik niet meer durfde te vragen voor de wifi en we hebben besloten hier weg te gaan en diezelfde avond nog een kamer te boeken in een ander hotel. Bij het uitchecken werden we wederom onvriendelijk behandeld. Dit was echt een nachtmerrie
