Kalter Raum, Herzenswärme beim Frühstück
Pros:

Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht, einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Dina hat immer frische Speisen zubereitet, sogar die Marmeladen waren selbst gemacht. Liebevoll gestalteter Frühstücksraum mit hervorragenden Speisen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr dunkel, durch die Steinmauern sehr kalt. Der Heizkörper ist viel zu klein und außerdem erst ab 18.00 in Betrieb. Im Bad gibt es keine Wärme.

Great hotel with the best breakfast
Pros:

Good location. Nice view of the city from the upper floors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best breakfast we had in Cusco. We end up staying for total of 7 nights.

Cons:

It’s not a minus for us, but for those who are mobility challenged, the hotel is located on a small hill at the top of long stairs. The surrounding streets had been car-free, so need to walk 5 mins to the nearest location where you can call a taxi.

Bellissimo hotel per un soggiorno a Cusco
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo nel cuore del quartiere caratteristico di Cusco San Blas. Plaza de Armas si raggiunge comodamente in una decina di minuti. La camera era ben arredata, pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è ottima e variegata, servita in una stanza con una bella vista su Cusco. C’è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione al sacco se si parte molto presto per un’escursione. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia, con la possibilità di avere i vestiti lavati in poche ore e del centro massaggi, super rilassanti dopo una giornata di escursione! Noi abbiamo soggiornato due volte e nella notte in cui non eravamo in questo hotel, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli! Super consigliato!

Absolute gem in Cuzco!
Pros:

I loved breakfast and the little terrace. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Breakfast the second day was low and it wasn't replenished. It was a bit disappointing since it was really good!

Adoramos o Atoq
Pros:

A equipe é sensacional, todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. O quarto é bom, cama gigante e ótimo banheiro.
Café da manha é top, recomendo.
Ele fica um pouco no alto, mas tem restaurantes legais perto dele também. E caso desça pra Praça de Armas e fique com preguiça de subir, pode pegar um uber bem barato.

Excelente!!!
Pros:

A equipe do hotel era maravilhosa! Desde a recepção até às meninas da limpeza, a simpatia era contagiante. Melinda e Lenin nos ajudaram com lanchinho e agendando táxis nos dias que tivemos que madrugar para os passeios. Hotel tem uma vista linda da cidade. Quando chegamos, fomos recebidos com alfajor no quarto 😍
Só se prepare porque a subida da rua do hotel é considerável.

Cons:

No quarto em que ficamos, ouvimos barulhos da rua em algumas noites. E a Tv deu problema algumas vezes.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was kind and helpful, location was nice and the general atmosphere very pleasant.

Cons:

There was some construction work going on which caused some noise; a necessary evil I guess, but during reasonable hours. Initially the shower would not drain, this was resolved quickly.

O atendimento fez toda a diferença.
Pros:

O Hotel é muito charmoso, com obras de arte expostas, mas o diferencial é o serviço. Todos muito atenciosos, prestativos, carinhosos e profissionais. O quarto é confortável, temos chás a vontade na recepção. A Melinda fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia, muito gentil.
Prepararam café da manhã para levarmos nos dias em que saímos antes dos serviços para levarmos. Recomendo muito!!!

Nice hotel in San Blas district
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of San Mlas district. Fantastic view and a very good breakfast. We liked the service andf the approach they have.

Cons:

Everything was fine. The only minor thing is that we asked for two rooms with twin beds but the hotel was fully booked and we had two double beds instead which was less convenient for teen kids.
