Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel - very clean, quiet, comfortable, very nice and helpful staff, beautifully decorated, great shower, very safe

Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, goed matras en een hele fijne douche met harde straal. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima met voldoende keus. Ondanks de smalle straatjes en vele trappen in de stad kon de taxi wel gewoon tot de voordeur rijden. Leuk, knus binnenplaatsje. Zeer tevreden over dit verblijf!

Charming, wonderful stay in Cusco
Pros:

Located in the San Blas neighborhood - such a neat spot in Cusco. I wished we could stay for just one more day! The room was very comfortable, the bed was awesome, coffee in the room, and a beautiful courtyard overlooking Cusco below. The front desk staff was phenomenal - we had a tour that started at 3:50am - they made sure we had a breakfast to take with us by 3:40am! The breakfast buffet was very good. It's a charming hotel, highly recommended.

Cons:

The only thing I will say is that if you have mobility challenges - this may not be the location for you. There are lots of stairs and uneven pathways in the San Blas neighborhood.

Sehr nettes Hotel in Cusco. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Schönes Bett, gutes Bad.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist genau richtig, nicht so übertrieben, alles da.
Am Empfang war man hilfsbereit bei Anpassungsschwierigkeiten an die Höhe.
Wir kamen nachts um 1.30 Uhr an, Einchecken war kein Problem, Rezeption ist immer besetzt.
Volle Empfehlung.

Pros:

El barrio San blas es bonito y tiene comercios y restaurantes proximos al hotel pero sus calles son angostas lo que lo hace dificil para el transsito y las excursiones como sus vehiculos no llegan, esperan a unas tres cuadras del hotel. Por otro lado es un barrio alto, las calles con pendiente pronunciada y considerando la altura de Cusco, se hace dificil ir o regresar a pie.
Sin embargo, la atencion del personal del hotel es muy buena, el desayuno esta bien surtido y la habitacion si bien no es lujosa, es confortable.

הצוות מאד אדיב, נמצא 24/7 בקבלה
ארוחת בוקר טובה
יש עיסויים טובים לפי הזמנה במחירים סבירים, ממליץ מאד

זה לא שלא אהבתי, המקום ממוקם בלב שכונת san blas ששוכנת גבוה מעל המרכז. הירידה מהמלון לוקחת בקלות 6 דקות ברגל. בחזרה מומלץ להזמין אובר או טקסי.

Atoq was cute, comfortable, in a perfect location, and the staff was absolutely lovely.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and is so cute. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing was our heater didn’t seem to be working, but the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They brought in space heaters for us to use and extra blankets.
