The reception staff, Jose and a younger girl, are excellent at their job. They have excellent customer service skills and I could see they were trying to do their best given the limitations put upon them up the owner/manager.
I specifically booked this room and paid above average for a room with a bath, as I was being admitted for urgent surgery the next day. When I first arrived I was given the choice of three rooms - none looking like the room I booked online. The first room was just a shower, the second room was a bathtub and the third room had a jacuzzi. As it was just me, I was happy to take the room with the bathtub. All I wanted was a hot bath before surgery and my recovery. There was no plug for the bathtub and I was told to use my own clothes to plug the hole. As I had come in from the Sacred Valley, where I live, to Cusco, I didn't have a change of clothes with me and didn't have enough time to dry my clothes before having to go the hospital the next morning, so I then asked for a rag to use. The main tap to fill the bath had been removed, so I had to use the shower head to fill the bath. This took so long that the water in the bathtub was cold by the time the bath was even one quarter full. I explained my situation, that I had specifically chosen to stay there because they had a bathtub and that I was having surgery the next day and asked to change rooms. The younger girl on reception said this would be possible and that she understood my frustrations but needed to check with her manager - an older woman. However, she said it was not possible as the rooms were booked, which was clearly an outright lie. I felt the room had been promoted on false pretences of being able to use the bath and the management were not willing to rectify their mistake.
Exelente atención atendiido por su Dueña .
The hostess is very accommodating and willing to help with anything and everything when it comes to directions and restaurant recommendations, and getting you connected with people who are very informed on transportation to Machu Picchu who like us didn’t go by train but by bus to hidroeléctrica and walked the rest of the way. Very trustworthy and friendly and even made breakfast early so that we ate before going out.
Accommodating, warm, helpful staff. Nice room, a shower and tub. Comfy bed
Muy amable!
👍🏻👍🏻
Great location close to airport. Excellent and helpful staff. We had to fly early in the morning and the manager offered to make us breakfast at 4:30am. She made sure the Uber arrived for us and gave us a fruit pack to take away.
The facilities need repairs and upgrading. We had two rooms and the sink in one wouldn’t drain, nor the tub in the other. One toilet ran all night. The staff offered to move us to another room, but we elected to stay since it was late. The halls and common areas need some care and attention.
Comfortable and quiet
They didn't give me a factura receipt when I asked for it
No cuentan con red wifi
No hay ascensor
Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. 10 min taxi drive from the city center
Beautiful hotel in Cusco and at a good price without a doubt. I booked one night and in the end I stayed one more night due to a problem with some airline tickets. The girls' attention is very good and the breakfast is very delicious with lots of fruit. The hotel is very close to the airport. The taxi takes you to the door of the hotel and you don't have to walk
OK
good hotel, good varied breakfast in the morning. Excellent attention from the people at the reception, I stayed a day longer than planned but everything was very good, they recommended a couple of exciting activities in Cusco. thank you girls I had a great time
Everything went well
The jacuzzi worked.
I advised the property I'd be there by approx 5pm. I arrived at 8:20 pm and upon arrival my room was not ready even though two people were sat at the desk chatting. They said 15 minutes, I waited 30 and had to watch them giggle and play with heart shaped balloons as they got it ready. I had to immediately run out and was late for my dinner, this then delayed plans and our following booking was missed as I was over an hour late with having to change/get. Taxi. If my room was ready this would have been fine.
They insisted cash which I now find suspicious as they have told Booking.com that I did not arrive (I have corrected this and am trying to raise a complaint).
I asked the next day why my room wasn't ready to no answer and rude and abrupt offers of an extra 2 hours of late check out. Due to this and me mentioning noise I asked about compensation, nothing and abrupt shut down.
That night was the worst night's sleep, I believe they had shut out another guest as I woke up to knocking on the front door and dogs barking, this went on for 10-15 minutes.
Noise has been awful at this hotel with rhin walls but also with staff loudly talking outside my room and leaving the hallway light on that shines through the upper glass section of wall.
A horrible stay, not worth the novelty of the jacuzzi, just booked somewhere with a bath unless you don't expect to sleep much.
The property had a spa bath with nice hot shower/water. The staff were so accommodating & helpful despite the language differences. We were able as well to have our laundry done & ordered some delicious meals, too. It was quiet & we slept well. It was our home in those 5 days of the 8 days we were in Cusco.
A bit far from the central town but it’s close to a mall & wet market.
Online was written check-in from 08:00.
Arrived at 12:00, had to wait 2 hours at the reception before getting access to my room.
Online was written check-out until 11:00.
At 10:30 someone came knocking at the door saying check-out is until 10:00.
Told them to update the hours as it's very misleading...
