Desayuno limitado
The pretty entrance hall. Had some snacks for sale. Near a few local shops.
Our room was very very different to the room in the picture. We were on the ground floor for some reason next to the tap which they used early in the morning constantly and the kitchen which was very noisy. I’m surprised they put us here because there were lots of empty rooms. The room was extremely dark - comfortable but extremely dark. We had to put the light on and the light was actually inadequate. So reservations. Breakfast was pretty poor, but that seems to be the Norm in Peru.
This hotel is completely horrible and looks nothing like the photos published online. The conditions were so bad that we had to leave after just 30 minutes. To make matters worse, we are still waiting for our refund. Save your money and stay somewhere else—do not book this place!

Cerca de la plaza de Armas, a solo unos 15min a pie. Nos indicaron que justo en nuestra Hab (303) había un gato que tenía su cama y le dejaban comida los visitantes, obviamente afuera de la habitación pero cerca de la ventana. Tuve la oportunidad de dejarle alimentos, empatice porque tengo mi gata y no tuve problema. El único tema es que no se puede dejar la ventana abierta, porque aparece en cualquier momento jaaa
Después de eso, la ducha es amplia y tiene caída española. La limpieza es ok, así que no tuve inconveniente con nada más.
El desayuno es bueno, pero sería bueno que sea un poco más variado. De igual manera, nos gustó.
Y gracias a Violeta, la recepcionista, tuvo una buena atención.
Todo estuvo conforme
Es un hotel que tras una corta caminata estas en el centro histórico, es calientito así que la noche Cusqueña no pega tan fuerte, te cuidan las maletas posterior al check out.
El desayuno lo único que cambia es la preparación de los huevos, el resto es igual siempre. En estadías largas aburre.

The staff was INCREDIBLE and so kind and helpful when I was ill. Violeta and Maggie were so welcoming and attentive. The hotel room is clean, large, and very comfortable.
It’s a bit far from the city center.

Super petit déjeuner. Nous avons toujours eu droit à des petits déjeuners à emporter préparés avec soin pour nos excursions matinales.
La literie était douillette et l’eau bien chaude !

Fijne ruime kamer op loopafstand van het oude centrum met een lekker ontbijt.
Het sanitair was verouderd en kan wel een opfrisbeurt gekrijgen. Het tapijt op de vloer ook liever vervangen voor iets hygiënischer.
Maggie was amazing she helped me a lot. Especially on my last day when I felt sick she was super nice prepare me all the things to make me feel better - thank you so much
La atención de Magui, la recepcionista está por encima del estándar. El servicio de taxi al aeropuerto incluido fue muy útil

Polecam każdemu kto planuje nocleg w Cusco. Hotel położony niedaleko centrum historycznego. Personel jest pomocny, nie ma problemu z komunikacją po angielsku.

Amazing staff! Woman at the front desk was so lovely and kind - had great recommendations and helpful tips. Good breakfast too!
The beds were quite uncomfortable :(. They are still using old spring mattresses, and one sagged really badly. We are in our 20’s so usually pretty flexible, but our backs hurt from sleeping on them. We asked staff about it and they did their best to help, but ultimately the issue is the mattress itself.
Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Na plus dostępność prostych posiłków do 22. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 15 min do głównego placu, ale spacer bez przewyższenia :)

Nos jodieron la ropa en la lavadora y nos hicieron pagarla, de hecho el hotel nos dijo que no trabajaría más con esa mujer, pero lo demás todo bien el hotel es cómodo, no tiene calefacción pero tampoco hace frío en las habitaciones
