Fabulous staff, super friendly & helpful. The building is beautiful. The shower is warm and clean and beds are comfy.
Bedding was dusty and the room was stuffy and musty every day, even with windows open.
Was charged ~40 soles more than booking.com price for paying on card. If you book here, we recommend paying in cash.
Honestly I was a bit doubtful with all the high scored, now I completely get it! The young lady from La Paz at the reception, I think her name is Maggie, was exceptional, nothing was an issue for her. The room was large and even though I saw other guests in the hotel I've never heard anyone. The first time in 3 months on this trip I slept without ear plugs and slept like a baby. And also the first hotel that had a little bedside lamp so you don't need to use the big light in the evening when trying to wind down.
Nothing really. The room was slightly cold, but way warmer than what I experienced in other hotels and they provided a blanket.
Nicely sized room, comfy bed. Great value for the money (I spent time in other hotels in Cusco too, and this one was my favourite)
2-3 times in my 5 days there I took a shower with cold water cause there was no hot water.
The room had a window opening towards an inner courtyard that is closed with a glass roof. Combined with the attitude I felt like there's not enough fresh air at times.
Incredible place! Very comfortable room in a wonderful converted old house with spectacular courtyard. Rosemaria who runs it was so friendly, and her brother runs a mini botanical garden next door you should DEFINITELY check out.

La noia de la recepció MOLT AMABLE, ens han ajudat en tot, ens han facilitat tota l'estada. Fins i tot van fer-nos esmorzar per endur. El lloc tot i que es una mica antic, estava net i era molt correcte.
A 10 - 15 minuts caminant del centre
Potser diria que l'habitació tot i ventilar-la era un punt humida, però hem estat genial de debò.
Great place to stay in Cusco!
Really kind and accommodating staff and charming room. Cozy and beautiful building on quiet street. They stored my luggage for free and made sure I got food when I misunderstood what time breakfast ended. Perfect first night in Cusco.
The breakfast was good! The location is only a 15 minute walk from downtown Cusco!
Its was all pretty good. Staff was very friendly, 15 minute walk from the city center. Next to a fairly common road, room was clean everything worked.
Noise travels very easily. Next to windows right along the walkway to your room, as well as blinds not fully covering the windows if you decide to draw the shades.
