Comfortable beds, good location
Hot water did not work for showers, got ridiculously cold at night with no heater.
Location and staff are great.
No hot water regardless of what time I took a shower, bathroom smelled like sewage, carpets look like they’d never been vacuumed
Very cheap but basic accommodation. Our room on the bottom floor was cold and not very clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Don’t book this place! I booked a room with a balcony and was given a room in a basement! (There was even a bed up against the wall like a storage closet. It was creepy!). The manager was RUDE and MEAN, she charged me 50 soles(!) to store my bags overnight and refunded me an insufficient amount too for the night I didn’t stay. The place has terrible energy and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Avoid at all costs!! Plenty of hotels right around there to choose from, all better than this!

It was our 3rd time staying here. We liked it and is good value for money which is why we kept coming back. Was weird when we checked in this time though. We reserved though booking.com using soles as the currency but when we checked in they converted the soles to usd, then converted usd back to soles using a different exchange rate so that they charged us more than the soles stated on our booking confirmation. Wasn't a huge difference (about $4) but did leave a bit of a bad taste like they were yrying to scam us
Hotel has a great location, 5 min walk from main square. Staff were friendly. We loved lobby and Christmas decorations. There are a several markets and laundry services nearby.
Room was a little bit small, as well the bathroom, and there is no heating, so be careful if you’re staying during the cold months.
